The guy at the service desk named Wylie was excellent. Very helpful and worked with me to store the bike while the outside painting was done. The project turned out well and the bike was returned to me running well and on a timely basis. Unfortunately we could not get a building permit for what we wanted. Our problem arose when we requested our deposit returned from Ride in the Past. We made two separate phone calls to them, separated by a number of months between each of the calls. Both times they said they would call back "tomorrow". We have yet to ever receive any follow up contact. That's all I have to say. If someone has had a positive experience with them, please chime in.
