I have had the car for 8 months and have driven it less than 2,000 miles. Last month, I took it for its first oil service, etc. at AAA and they recommended new rear brake pads. ?! I took it back to my dealership and they confirmed the needed rear brake pads. After going over all available records with my dealership things were just not adding up. Upon intake my dealership determined the air filters needed replacing just 6 days after DuPratt reported doing the same thing. When I called DuPratt Ford, the service desk confirmed that their records showed the brake and rotor replacement plus air filters, but when I asked for copies of the records I was redirected to the sales manager, Adrian, who claimed that they did not keep service records for non-Ford cars when I asked for copies. He accused me of excessively slamming on the brakes and said I wouldn't be able to prove otherwise. He was rude and callous and refused to help me. He didn't show one bit of decency and insulted my character without hesitation, like he got caught in the act. So shady.
