The guy at the service desk named Wylie was excellent. Very helpful and worked with me to store the bike while the outside painting was done. The project turned out well and the bike was returned to me running well and on a timely basis. Seem like really nice guys and work on my bike on a really hot day but I was very disappointed when…read moreI realized about a week later that when they replaced my back tire they jacked up my paint pretty good on imagining when they hit it with the wrench I realized it's a difficult job but to not even say anything to me about it it's just Shady I'm a mechanic you know when you do something like this to a bike like mine it's a pretty nice bike nicer than any other bike that was at their shop that day and I probably wouldn't go back again just because I said nothing to me about it disheartening because they seem like good guys if it hadn't been a week later that I had noticed the damage I would have said something I know what they did it hadn't hardly driven the bike in that week and there's no other way it could have happened and I know it wasn't there before because it was the first time in the tire had ever been changed on this bike and everything was pretty much perfect with 6,000 miles on the bike I suggest at least keep an eye on what you're having done there and inspect your bike did before you leave for damage

Joe answered my call quickly and provided an estimate, and could be available as early as next day. I was initially a tiny bit worried about some of the reviews I read about scheduling/showing up, but Joe put my worries at ease and communicated with me within a reasonable amount of time and showed up when he said he would. He and his partner were communicative, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They worked on our car repair in the pouring rain with no complaints! I would recommend them again and again and again. The mobile aspect was extremely appreciated and so valuable - we didn't need to worry about a tow or timing logistics to get the car to a shop before they close (because come on, most people work!) Bike not repaired and a call comes in, "Bike still isn't running right, but we want you to come in and pay for the work done so far." What reputable shop does that? Stay away, there's something fishy going on at this shop.
