I bought a used bike that had been in storage for three years. Took it in to have new tires put on and some accessories I bought that I left in the tour pac. I wanted then to do a 15,000 mile service, safety check, and change all the fluids, primary, tranny, and oil and filter. It also had a brake recall. The service manage called and said my bike was ready early as I had left it there due to no back brakes. They had gotten a cancelation. I asked if they did the recall and he said there was no recall on it. I had a letter stating there was. I asked if they had put the accessories on and he said no. I said well, you can keep the bike until my appointment and finish what you didn't do. He also said they did a safety check, but not the 15,000 mile service. We had quite the conversation on the phone. When he called me back a few days later to say the bike was done. I picked it up, came home and checked the oil. They didn't change any fluids. I called back very upset. Wanted to talk to the owner or second in command. The service manager called back and back peddled on the phone. Said he would send a truck to pick up the bike and do all and return the bike. I told him he was not touching my bike again. I own four Harley Davidson's they will never see. My husband owns two. Can't trust them to do the work!! read more

Completely treated like shit today. Have it all recorded. We were pressured into buying a bike that we didn't even want from the sales lady a couple months ago. Someone wants to take over the loan and buy the bike but the lone wolf Harley here in Spokane doesn't want to participate in the writer to writer program because there is no money in it for them. We were laughed at and treated like scum beneath their feet. No one was willing to help figure out the information we were asking for. Husband has everything recorded. I do not recommend Lone Wolf Harley Davidson at all. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but the way we were treated was wrong. No one was going to make anything or a commission off of us so they didn't care what so ever. it wouldn't of been A big deal But they had to be ass wholes. It doesn't take a lot to help someone even if your not getting a commission, and who knows it could bring more customers. read more

I have a 2004 Harley Davidson Fat Boy. I have owned the bike since it was brand new. I was riding the bike to Sturgis last year when the taillight, turn signals, horn and speedometer went out. I took the bike to a Harley Dealership to get it fixed figuring that it would be a quick fix like a fuse or something. The seat and taillight was taken apart and the electrical system was checked. I was told that it wasn't a fuse and that I needed a new speedometer and that it would be expensive. It was recommended that I rent a bike and that I leave my bike there to be repaired. I was charged $140.00 and nothing was fixed. I took my bike to Lone Wolf Harley Davidson to get it diagnosed and fixed. Before taking my bike into the shop, a mechanic took one look at my bike and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He said that it is a fuse. He pulled out a screwdriver, pulled off the seat, pulled off the fuse cover and checked the accessories fuse. It was blown out. He replaced the fuse with a spare fuse from the bike and in no less than 1 minute my bike was fixed. The name of the mechanic was Tim Lamb. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all honest. I am very thankful that he took the time to help me out and didn't make me feel stupid that it was such an easy fix. I am very grateful for the way I was treated by the Service Department. It is a top notch group of Professionals. I recommend Lone Wolf Harley Davidson to anybody. read more

Lonewolf Harley Davidson is the only Harley dealership in or near Spokane, and they know it. If I could I would've given Lonewolf zero stars. Today I decided I wanted to trade in my bike for a nicer used bike. I called the dealer and they assured me they could work that deal for me. I drove an hour and a half out of my way to get there.when I arrived by I found a bike that I liked which was used. Now the The salesman I spoke to on the phone who said we can work the deal but they have a certain policy he conveniently left out. Apparently they do not take used bikes in trade for used bikes. If this salesman would have informed me of this fact when I had called earlier I would not have come. Instead this shady salesman decided to push a brand-new Harley on me even though I made it clear that I was not interested in a brand new bike. I am a disabled vet I try not to complain however, when I asked the manager if there was any way they could make a deal with me because I simply wanted a bike he treated me with nothing but contempt, and disrespect. He informed me that the manager considered his Harley dealership to be a premium dealer and that customers like me were not welcome because they were not a used car dealership. I have been a customer of theirs for five years I have spent thousands of dollars there on repairs customized parts for my sportster as well as my first Harley. However, none of that mattered today. I will never shop at lone wolf Harley again in fact I found another Harley dealership in Yakima which was willing to take my bike in for trade and treated me with respect and dignity that as a combat veteran and paying customer I earned and deserve. If you are looking for a Harley I recommend going to a dealer in Montana or somewhere in Western Washington because Lonewolf Harley does not deserve any patronage. They are Harley snobs and they are shady businessman who have no qualms about miss leading you to trap you into a deal if you don't want to do. If you're looking to be treated like a peasant by a bunch of classless boors, then by all means shop at Lonewolf! I've never been so disrespected while trying to make a purchase in my life and I hope that someone will read this and decide not to make the same mistake I did thank you. read more

Came in to buy some parts can chain tensioners and thy sent me out with the wrong ones then I come back the following morning and sit at the parts counter for 20min while thy where in a meeting in the next room, and one of the parts guys was telling the other person that I can wait that thy don't open till 10:am and yes I was 20min early but I feel someone should have came out to talk to me as soon as I was seen! By not being taken care of this cost me time,money and a delayed me from having motor complete on time. I go to the dealership instead of ordering on line because of the time Factor I'm not happy with the argent way I was handled. I was given a qt of oil for my inconvenience. read more

So yesterday, a what a fucking roller coaster ride. Had our deal all worked out, even had it on voicemail, I called back Friday said with what your offering we'd be there Saturday to pick it up. Lisa and I drove, and our brother Jacob rode out to ride home with me. Got there and all was great except the bike was low on oil and brakes squealed like a stuck pig. They offer to fix those issues on the spot. Great so far, then go into sigh the deal and all hell brakes loose, payment come out over two hundred more a month than agreed too. asked what happened and played the voicemail for the finance manager... he says " I don't know what the fuck he did but I can't touch that" and wants us to eat the new deal. We walked away, so 700+ miles round trip, no bike and only a warm bottle of water later now I'm fuming. So we left, i shook hands with the finance guy and the sales guy against my better judgement. Today I really wanna drive over and express my dissatisfaction in a manner more becoming of my personality. Work my ass off for that bike, they are hard to find and I'm beyond twisted. read more

The Best Customer Service I have experienced at any Harley Davidson dealership I have been in. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish on the purchase of a new 2016 Tri-Glide, starting with Sales, Thank you Hollie Aquino, Finance, Parts/Accessories, Service, and Motor Cloths, were all nice, helpful, and treated me like family. The inside poker hand and gifts were great, the picture with everyone there was fun and a wonderful keepsake.
