However, I was sold because of Jeff and Annette's personalities. They showed up on a Harley, patiently took a look around the backyard, investigates with the city for permits and gave us a bid that was the lowest. Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property.
