I…read moreliked the inspector: B+, Thorough inspection and competitive pricing, but home inspection took 6 hours when we were quoted 3:30 hours, and our inspector didn't really talk to us about any of the things he saw in the house, just kinda left us to dig through the report. Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).

They discovered a toilet water line had broken flooding our entire home under 3 inches of water. I called DRY MORE and they came out quickly. They were very professional. They knew what to do to dry out our home. They were our knights in shining armor when they drove up in their yellow truck. DRY MORE to the rescue. After extracting as much water as possible, they carefully positioned numerous fans to help take out the moisture. They removed baseboards and put drain holes in the lower drywall to allow the fans access to water that could cause mold if not properly dried out. They told us exactly what steps our insurance company required for them to take to insure our home was restored properly. They monitored the moisture levels over the next few days until the levels were good enough to remove the fans. They filed the claim with our insurance company. No money was exchanged that night. They analyzed on multiple occasions telling me this was a serious problem. It literally caused the loss of sale of our home. They had me tear up walls and searching for plumbing leaks.
