I was charged: $119 for Sewer $139.16 for water $558 in "Miscellaneous" charges such as apparently mowing the grass lol. And $550 in carpet, not $800. Oh and also, I spoke with the apparent carpet guy, who does not own a business for carpet install. He does not recall installing carpet? He had no idea what I was even talking about and denied owning a company called "Julio Perez Carpet Sale"(that was the invoice you sent me) Also, your other invoices from your "Miscellaneous" charges that you had your "Contractor" perform(installing flooring and apparently unclogging drains) does not have an active license from the MHIC, I checked multiple Times and even searched him by name. Don't worry, I will be reporting him for you. The incident on 7/13 is not the incident about the air I am speaking of, but nice try. You failed to speak on the roach problem? Anything to add? A recent example: my AC went out on a Saturday during the brutal heat wave (110 heat index). Fiona at NLR kept in contact with me all day and was able to have a repair person at my house that evening. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I was so relieved and am very grateful for her support.

If you need an example, just drive through The Commons of Avalon, in Frederick, MD to witness it first hand. They make promise after promise with regard to maintaining their properties with absolutely no follow-through. They charge an outlandish HOA fee providing the legal minimum in return, and will charge huge assessment fees whenever they need to collect more money--I can only assume--because they failed to manage their business expenses appropriately in the recent past. If you reading this review in consideration of living on one of their properties, be warned, you will NOT be happy.

The lease contained typos and was never corrected / updated according to the Law. 1 clause stated that I was responsible for rodents and pests that may appear in the townhouse, 48 hours after occupancy. During Showing, Jennifer stated that tenants are not responsible for the care of the small lawn. Yet the lease stated the opposite. Getting Jennifer to correct the lawn care and other lease clauses, was a nightmare. There was a "Possession Clause" which stated that the property may not be available, upon the beginning of the Lease term, even though rent has been paid. The Lease was 1 sided and sketchy. When I asked Jennifer for a law-abiding lease, my request was denied.

Unit was completely different in both cleanliness and disrepair from when it was viewed until start of my lease - I was then told that *I* had to submit a repair request. It is the 4th day of my lease and I am unable to park and stay here because I was just notified that a request needed to be made to the condo association for a parking permit. Lease asks the tenant to have a professional cleaning service at move-out, but the condition I was provided is very unacceptable with grease/food stains in kitchen walls, counter is coming apart, almost every single wall has multiple nail holes and large marks, and the dining room light fixture is hanging from the ceiling with wires revealed.
