During my second visit one of the receptionist charged me without confirming with the hygienist. I had to call her after I left the dentist to confirm again that the procedure was not done. She was also rude over the phone and tried to blame the hygienist when I tried to clarify while I was still at the office. I would give this place 5 stars but one of the receptionist needs to work on her tone when speaking to the patients. Thankfully she is not the first face you see when you enter the building. She is the receptionist at the second entrance. Overall everyone else at this office is genuinely kind and super sweet. I'm glad I found this place for me and my family.

I never feel the anxiety people feel of going to the dentist, because I know I'm going to be taken care of well. Their hygienists are also awesome. They are all great, the hygienist I go to the most is Bella, been going to her since she joined the practice many years ago. You can't go wrong with either hygienist, they are always so nice & caring. My 26 year old son has also always had a great experience & never complained about going to the dentist. He happened to start going to Dr. Beague early because he had an accident when he was 3 and had to get his 2 front teeth taken out. Dr. Beague made him feel so comfortable even in that pain. When it came time for braces he had them in for only 7 months & his teeth were good. Truly amazing. The practice is always clean, when you call they instantly know who you are & are accommodating. I never have a long wait, they are always ready for me when I come to my appointment. I would recommend this practice. I was there today didn't take pics of the office. I started working with Dr. Sutter in December of last year. First he extracted my tooth, then I…read moreneeded to go back in April for an implant. Unfortunately my body rejected the implant, and the implanted tooth needed to be removed (It's extremely rare, but it does happen). We figured this out after two weeks of excruciating pain. During the 2 weeks, I was in constant contact with the office and Dr. Sutter. Never once did I feel like I was imposing or bothering them. I needed to wait four more months to try again. This week I went back to have the implant done again. Dr. Sutter tried a new type of metal on the tooth, and it looks like it worked. I am writing this to show what kind of dentist Dr. Sutter is. The implant reject it was no fault of the doctor . Occasionally people have allergies and you don't know it until you try. He is the ultimate professional. A wonderful bedside manner, considerate, gentle, as well as, in my opinion a great surgeon. Most people hate dentists, but if you are going to have surgery, he is the person to go to.

She emailed me the paperwork so it would be completed by the time I got to my appointment. I was taken in within a few minutes. Dr Sutter was one of the kindest dentists that I have ever met. His friendliness and attentiveness put me at ease, which for me is almost impossible at the dentist. I had explained my problem about my tooth falling out as an implant when it turned out to be a post in which case I should have seen my regular dentist. Dr Sutter took X-rays and cemented the tooth back in to hold temporarily. He only charged me for the consult and gave me a copy of the X-ray to take with me. If I ever need an oral surgeon I know where to go.

I researched local dental providers within my new network and stumbled upon the stellar reviews from my fellow yelpers. Luckily this office is so close to home for me. I was politely greeted and filled out all intake information with the 2 front desk girls. They were professional and kind. I then met with hygienist Hazel who took her time cleaning my teeth, was very gentle and afterwards had a brief consult with me about flossing more to avoid plaque build up. The other hygienist Gloria was very welcoming and kind as well. Dr. Jacob entered the room and was extremely friendly and bubbling with a great sense of humor. He consulted with me about the enamel stains I've had on my two front teeth since a child. This is the first time a dentist has suggested an alternative to invasive porcelain veneers. For years, I've met with different providers and there has not been a solution. He discussed a mild Icon polish treatment and was happy to review what my insurance covers. I'm extremely satisfied with my visit and can't wait to return for this procedure so that I can feel more confident smiling. Just like rapper Cardi.B I just want to get a bag and fix my teeth.
