Plaque was VISIBLE and my new dentist couldn't believe that I had even gotten a cleaning. Arc advanced dentistry also claimed I needed a deep cleaning that would cost another $500 not covered by insurance. I started working with Dr. Sutter in December of last year. First he extracted my tooth, then I…read moreneeded to go back in April for an implant. Unfortunately my body rejected the implant, and the implanted tooth needed to be removed (It's extremely rare, but it does happen). We figured this out after two weeks of excruciating pain. During the 2 weeks, I was in constant contact with the office and Dr. Sutter. Never once did I feel like I was imposing or bothering them. I needed to wait four more months to try again. This week I went back to have the implant done again. Dr. Sutter tried a new type of metal on the tooth, and it looks like it worked. I am writing this to show what kind of dentist Dr. Sutter is. The implant reject it was no fault of the doctor . Occasionally people have allergies and you don't know it until you try. He is the ultimate professional. A wonderful bedside manner, considerate, gentle, as well as, in my opinion a great surgeon. Most people hate dentists, but if you are going to have surgery, he is the person to go to.

She emailed me the paperwork so it would be completed by the time I got to my appointment. I was taken in within a few minutes. Dr Sutter was one of the kindest dentists that I have ever met. His friendliness and attentiveness put me at ease, which for me is almost impossible at the dentist. I had explained my problem about my tooth falling out as an implant when it turned out to be a post in which case I should have seen my regular dentist. Dr Sutter took X-rays and cemented the tooth back in to hold temporarily. He only charged me for the consult and gave me a copy of the X-ray to take with me. If I ever need an oral surgeon I know where to go.

This review is specifically about the office staff and the owner NOT the dentists. They (the…read moredentists) are nothing less than amazing, however you have to go through the office staff with ultimate decisions, approvals, or denials made by the owner before you see the dentist. These people only treat you with respect and dignity if there aren't any financial issues and/or you don't owe them any money. God forbid a person should fall on hard times, or there's an insurance issue, then this establishment starts showing who they REALLY are, really fast. And what they are, are a pack of amoral, apathetic, inhumane, reprehensible, insensitive people who ultimately don't and won't care about your dental health problems regardless of how severe it is! Especially this location. They will tell you, you will not be seen regardless of how much pain you're in or the severity of an infection, and when you double check to confirm that was in fact what was actually said the secretary and office manager will gleefully say and I quote "yes!" This franchise especially the owner has made a disturbing 180 from what they stood for years ago, which was always putting the clients and their health first. They used to have top quality wonderful office staff who genuinely cared about each individual. Now that concept is so far removed from what this place has become and the kind of people/ office staff they have working in various locations now, it's nothing more than a distant memory. Bottom line, you're ultimately nothing more than a walking dollar sign and the more money you have the nicer they become and treat you with the utmost respect. Start owing them despite whatever the situation may be, the office staff especially the owner has absolutely nothing to say or do with you. You're LITERALLY not worth it.
