Both of my kids got their braces done here. Everyone is so nice starting from the front desk Lady named Tina. She is sweet and inviting and understanding if you miss an appointment. Dr. Howard is so honest. I took my 3rd child in to get a consultation and they told me he doesn't really need braces. Yes couple of his teeth are overlapping at the bottom but he has a lined bite. Don't count on this Dr or at least his staff for help. We were traveling for a family visit from TN and our daughter lost her rubber bands. She has 6 weeks left of braces. We called and explained the situation, asked the front desk if we could buy some. Note, these cost all of about $2. One would expect a kind human to say we'd love to help you, but we were shocked by the adamant NO received. We don't do that for non patients. I hope the staff is not representative of the Dr, but nonetheless they are the face of the Dr. Dr Lee, make note. read more

Dr. Lee and his staff are great. The billing and options were clearly explained and they are very flexible with scheduling. My son had an intense academic schedule and would head to the office after school. There were times when he was too exhausted or stressed to go and the staff was great about rescheduling him. I've been coming to Dr. Howard Lee to get my orthodontic care and so far, the service I've received have been great! I work M-F 8-5 so it works out well for me that I can come get my monthly services late afternoon -- thankfully I don't have to use vacation or well time for this. If my appt is at 445, I get in at 440 and I'm seen within 5 mins; love that I don't have to waste time sitting around to be seen. I make monthly payments using online bill pay and it works out so well for me. For referring someone for ortho care, they gave me a pair of movie tickets-- score! read more

Dr. Howard Lee, Dr. Grace Nam Hughes, and their staff are wonderful! I had braces as a teenager, and 30 years later, noticed that my teeth were starting to become crooked again, so I got Invisalign to correct this before it got worse. My initial treatment only took 5 months for my desired results and I'm now in the retainer phase for the next 6 months. After that I can switch to wearing the retainers only at night. The staff is friendly and professional (shoutout to Elvira!!) and made my appointments very pleasant and I daresay fun! (Well as fun as an orthodontic appointment can be!) Tina at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful when I make my appointments and payments, and of course, both Dr. Lee and Dr. Hughes are well-qualified and know what they're doing! The office is clean and modern, and they use the latest technology. (When I first got braces, I remember them having to take an impression of my teeth and it was very messy. Very cool and a lot cleaner now now to have my teeth scanned for the Invisalign and retainers.) They even offer Zoom teeth whitening so you can make your smile even more beautiful and perfect!
