They were always understanding and willing to work with me. I initially started treatment with Invisalign but later decided to switch to braces. Looking back, I probably should have chosen braces from the start, but the team made the transition seamless and supported me every step of the way. Every single person on the team was wonderful. Tina at the front desk was always kind and helpful. Dr. Lee and Dr. Hughes took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident throughout my treatment. The assistants, Esmeralda, Elvira, and Hellen, were always gentle, friendly, and made every visit a positive experience.
