I feel like Sam really took the time and patience to help me. She thought she had me figured out then something in the display case caught my eye and BAM! I "zagged" when she thought I would "zig". No worries, she pivoted and began to explain the composition of the spectrum blend of Kanha Restore edibles I was now interested in. Later, I read the back of the package and - DAMN! - Sam NAILED IT! All the benefits she mentioned were listed: gut health, pain, inflammation and anxiety relief. Sam knows her strains! Very cool! Asia checked us out and made sure we maximized our "first timer" benefits, as well as letting us know about promotion days. When we looked at our receipt later, we were surprised there was a notation re:how the company name would appear on a credit charge. Didn't realize they took credit cards - sweet! Which I've never seen on a receipt, which I've never been reminded. Which, makes no sense if you're accumulating them, how would they all expire at once? It was very disappointing, no one was willing to help. Thankfully, I was able to find my favorite brand at a different dispensary. Just beware, use those points. They expire after a year. I had almost $3000 in points. And now they're gone for nothing...... Update, after Kevin responded to my one star review. I took the time to gather my information and receipt. I went down to Haven with an envelope sealed. They said Kevin really wasn't an owner, I should ask for two girls. Long story short, I dropped off my envelope and asked them to please give it to management and contact me. Still to this day, nobody has contacted me. In my opinion, the responses to all these comments are just excuses. They don't actually get anything done about it.

The associate who initially helped us was polite, professional, and respectful -- exactly what you'd expect from a retail environment. Unfortunately, once the manager, Chris, became involved, the tone shifted entirely. Chris spoke to my wife in a condescending and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. When I calmly addressed the way he was speaking to her, he became defensive, muttered comments under his breath, and walked away in what felt more like a tantrum than leadership. A manager sets the standard for customer service -- and this was not it. What was most concerning was the behavior that followed. Instead of de-escalating the situation, he repeatedly walked past us glaring, creating an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere. That is not how a manager should conduct himself in front of customers or staff. We value professionalism and mutual respect. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below that standard. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service starts at the top. I hope ownership takes this seriously.

First visit was good, but service on second visit was terrible. The young man "helping" me seemed distracted and didn't real have much interest in helping me. When I asked questions his answers were short and seemed like he was annoyed. He was reluctant to help me. I took the hint and made a quick purchase so I could leave and stop ruining this guy's day. I had planned to make a large purchase for my second visit since there was a great promo, but decided to purchase one time and get out since I felt unwelcome.
