Not only did they take excellent care of Vanna and saved as much of her hair as possible, they also gave her a doggy t shirt and coat to keep warm. John also cut a bit of hair my other dog Blizzard and saved vanna's hair too and gave me two lovely Christmas ornaments with their hair. Mary also gave me some medical powder to stop bleeding if their nails or pads ever got tiny tears or bruises. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent.
