THE WORST, ... does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Have a friend that had some work done. Looks like crap, screws not set all the way, caulking looks like it was done by a 12 year old child. Service Rep refused to return calls or text message. Work crew that showed up was not sure of what to do, appeared to be "Day Labor Crew" that was picked up on the street that morning. Go find someone else to have your awnings installed by, very Unprofessional. read more

Simply the best on the island. Went and had 4 different estimates. They weren't the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive. They were the most professional from showing up on time for the estimate, to a neat IPad presentation and they installed when they said they would and I'm glad I went with my gut. horrible company... was ordered beginning of May and wasn't installed until August. Not even a year later, I'm having issues with it. It has broken on me and was used maybe once. I called the company to tell them I need someone to come out and fix the issue and the woman was nasty with me on the phone. She was not helpful and gave me a horrible attitude when I told her that it was my second residence and I'm not at the house all the time. She said "Saturday is our busiest day, pick a different day" I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

I was planning on leaving a 5 star rating for my custom, awning that was installed this summer. The awning is beautiful, the installation went great, and it was installed a week earlier than promised. I was told I could easily remove the fabric valance to protect it over the winter. The instruction manual did not have instructions, but the installer said just pop off the end cap and pull it off. Well last week, we tried that it and didn't work, there was nothing posted on line, and after an afternoon of trying we gave up. Left message and got a return call after a few days. I was told it should just come out, however the women who answered my call would try and reach an installer for help. I was informed if they came to my house to remove the valance, they would charge a fee. Just wanted to know how to do this own my own. Received a call back three days later ( it's snowing). I was told to use a standard Allen key, 2mm to remove to vallance. Could not find a size that fit even after a trip to ACE. During the next call I was told that the owner was out with a new baby, the techs are busy till after Thanksgiving ( and yes I would still be charged a fee). I am very disappointed by the poor customer service. Putting up a youtube video, including instructions or providing the "standard Allen key" with a $5000.00 awning could have taken care of what should be a simple issue. instead I have wasted time and effort and the valance is hanging in the snow. So a 5 star review is now a 2 star review. read more

I recently gave a one star negative rating because they didn't want to refund my deposit! Due to unexpected circumstances I could no longer afford the awning. Shortly after submitting my review I spoke with office manager, Kristen, who informed me that, Bill Bruno-President of Co. would give me a partial refund. I'm definitely satisfied with that because I accept my fault in not totally reading the contract and going past the cancellation deadline. Called and left message, called back next day. Email is best, they are out at customers all day. I sent pics and they knew required repair, no pre-inspection needed. Owners are a certified installer with my awning's manufacturer and made sure the correct parts were ordered. Their installation price was much fairer than quotes from two other companies I called. Guys worked well together handling a heavy 20 foot awning. Eric and Frank showed up on time and cleaned up when done. I did have trouble when closing it after crew left and called back. Would have been a four-star, except they adjusted it the next day and awning is working better than it has in awhile. I'd recommend them for repair or install work. Had never posted on yelp before and signed up to post this one. Nice job!!! read more
