I used Gran Marb for fabrication for my kitchen countertop and backsplash. They never finished the job. Very hard to get in touch with personnel. Christina who I communicated was most of the time unresponsive and unaccommodative, always avoid your calls. Service that fails to meet the clients' expectations. We ordered our Cambria counter top from GranMarb back in April 2024. The counter top is beautiful and the install went perfect . The reason for my rating now is that we've gotten some chips in the counter top and when we purchased it we had been told that Cambria guarantees the countertop for life. So we went ahead and contacted Christina from GranMarb . We actually placed quite a few calls into GranMarb and spoke to Christina 3 times . We also left quite a few messages on the machine in between the phone convarsations and never received any calls back . As of today, July 15th we've heard nothing back from them . Our first contact to Christina to have the counter top repaired was June 25th. The last time we spoke to Christina, she said she had emailed and contacted Cambria and had not heard back from them. That was about two weeks ago. So we decided to contact Cambria directly. Within two days, we had the repair person from Cambria at our house, fixing the countertop chips. They also told us that they have had no contact with Christina from GranMarb. Which makes me feel that Christina from GranMarb never even tried to contact Cambria. It does not put a good taste in my mouth, knowing that after we purchased the countertop and GranMarb was paid that they could care less about their customers . I feel so fortunate to have found GranMarb. I'd gotten 2 high quotes from fabricators and investigated alternative providers. GranMarb was very highly rated online and for good reason. The owners are incredibly responsive, personable, personable & thorough. Christina recommended a list of places to shop for stone slabs. When I found what I wanted, she arranged for a senior sales rep at the yard to inspect the slabs to ensure high quality. I recently (10/23) was in the market for quartz countertops for my new kitchen. My GC recommended a source from which I received an estimate that I thought was high. As a check on that first estimate I went to a source that I knew would likely be the "high end" and likely even more expensive. I was right as they were 10% higher. So I initiated an on-line search and found Gran Marb which apparently had many 5-star Yelp ratings. Shortly thereafter I visited their facility and spoke with Christina. While we were going over my sketches her husband Giovanni, who apparently handles the technical end of things, came to ask Christina something and joined the conversation. A very comfortable discussion led to a third estimate which was 10% less expensive than my GC's recommended source and 20% less expensive than my second "high end" number. In spite of the less expensive number it appeared to me that their process was every bit equal to the other two sources I had solicited. So we arranged for Frank their official measurer to come to my home ASAP. Frank arrived right on schedule, did his "thing", took my deposit check and was gone. A week or so later I was in the area and stopped by Gran Marb to check on progress. They had received my chosen slabs the previous day and, with me having to be away the following week, scheduled the installation for the day after me return. Installation was again per schedule and uneventful. The countertops are beautiful and fit perfectly. The three-man installation crew were efficient and delightful to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend Gran Marb. From what I saw of their facility, especially the slab pre-fab holding area, it is not a small company but has a small family-friendly company feel and offers every service of the other two suppliers who provided estimates. The one recommendation I would make is to decide on what quartz you want before visiting as their showroom isn't huge and fancy. While they do have some samples, knowing what you want before- hand just makes the process so much smoother. Thank you Christina and Giovanni for a job well done. read more

Gran Marb is an outstanding company owned by husband-and-wife Giovanni and Christina. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They love their job! In addition to showing you all the samples of quartz they have in their showroom, they also took us outside to their company yard to show us all the different styles they have worked on. I had an idea of what we wanted. Christina gave us a list of nearby large manufacturer's showrooms to show us the slabs up close. We made an appointment with the company Cambria, and told them the name of the quartz that we were interested in. Not only did they show us the one we picked, but similar ones that we might like. I chose Swanbridge which was one of the extra ones they showed us. I called Christina and told her we needed it in a few weeks to meet the deadline of when our cabinets were going to be refinished. She immediately sent the installer Jairo to remove our old countertop and Frank to measure the space to install the quartz slab. He did it very scientifically by laser. The installer Jairo came back to put the old countertop back on until the new one was installed. Christina was able to get the quartz delivered to GranMarb and cut by her husband Giovanni ahead of schedule. There was enough quartz left over to put behind our stove. It came out beautiful. It fit perfectly. Their installer Jairo is outstanding. We called him our "hero". He paid attention to every minute detail and would not leave until everything was perfect! He also installed our backsplash and painted our kitchen. Everything came out stunning! He also made a little quartz shelf under my kitchen window. Christina, Giovanni, Jairo the installer, Frank, Tommy and the rest of the GranMarb staff make you feel like part of their family. I highly recommend them and give them 5+ stars! I called and e-mailed in an attempt to receive a quote on the fabrication of my kitchen countertops. It took them 2 weeks to respond and the woman told me to e-mail her my layout and slabs we selected at the local stone yard. Upon e-mailing they went silent for another week and they told me they would get back to me ASAP. It has now been an additional 3 weeks and no response. A few months ago I was looking around for a quartz countertop at a reasonable price, and I found Granmarb online. When I went to their showroom and met the owner, I knew I wanted to work with them. He was friendly yet professional, and he had exactly what I was looking for. His workmanship was wonderful. The Cambria countertop was not only beautiful, but perfectly fitted with an almost invisible seam (my counter is extremely large and is L-shaped). I found GranMarb by accident when I got lost on my way to a stone yard. I am so glad I did! They were extremely professional and easy to deal with. My counters were installed a week after the measurements were made and the entire process was very easy and smooth. I never discussed how the countertops would be cut or what seams would go where and I was completely surprised when my entire large L-shaped counter was cut from a single slab! Considering how little input I had in the whole process (I just picked the quartz type, the finish and the edge) and how much I trusted them to get everything else right, I was so happy with the outcome and how everything came together without a single issue. After many years of having companies do work at my house,I have Never been even 70% happy with any of them! Until I had Granmarb do our 2 kitchens, One with Granite and the other with Quartz, And if you can give more than a 100% rating I would!! When we spoke with Giovanni,of Granmarb, he said what would be done, And I have to say he was a man of his word, The men came over to install and they did it like the professionals they were! Not only that one of the cabinets were not level, and I thought oh no, but the men broke up the high spots on floor,put cabinet back and granite fit like a glove! And the work looks Fantastic.
