I'm loving all the classes here. There's such a variety, something for everyone. I've taken classes…read morewith women of all ages too. I love that they have late night classes perfect for a busy mom. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive. I've taken dirty yoga, hammock foundation, pole foundations, feminine embodiment, Pole-lates and looking forward to trying so many more. If you're on the fence, sign up, you won't regret it. It's not only physical workout but mental too!

My main concerns were being judged about my body type and being a total beginner but from the first step inside I felt completely and totally comfortable! When you first walk in there is a little reception area where I was greeted by the owner. I confessed it was my first class and me, being the dummy that I am, I was an hour early lol! She told me I could stay for the class that was running but I opted to dip out and come back. When I came back, I met my instructor the Lyra Foundations, Gina, who was very friendly. She asked about my background and told me about what we would be covering that night. Class started with a warm up consisting of some stretching, then some conditioning, then on to the main event. Gina demonstrated how to enter and exit the Lyra and had us on our way to doing some neat tricks in no time. She made everything look easy but ya girl was working up a sweat (def bring a water bottle with you!) As for my concern about being judged about my body type, I am please to report there were people of varying ages, shapes, and sizes, and everyone was totally cool. I've since been back for another Lyra class and hammock too which is super fun. I can't decide what I like best and I can't wait to try pole. I think one of my favorite things about Cheeky Peach is that they legit have classes morning, noon, and night, so there is ample time to fit a class or two into your schedule. So, if you are on the fence, I highly encourage you to just book a class and step through the door. You'll be hooked!

Club goers cannot enter without a mask; and they must maintain a six-foot distance between others. Following County protocol, 30% capacity is the threshold for operating the club. After a personal trainer took my temperature, she bombarded me with many questions. Example: Have I had or have I been around anybody who has had any signs and symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 14 days? Hand sanitizers and disposable masks were available. The pool, whirlpool, showers and sauna were closed. Surprisingly, the cafe was open for healthy shakes and snacks. I enjoyed my workout on the treadmill. It was the best workout that I have had in years because the pandemic has made me appreciate the value of an indoor workout. I no longer have to worry about being lost on a trail, like I did a few months back at the Connetquot River State Park Preserve. Nor as a single woman do I have to fear for my safety while doing a solo dawn or dusk walk outside. I can just come to LA Fitness. Love it here!!!

On my phone it says there are 20 minute ones and 40 also. I just had surgery and they said I could see how the first month goes if it was going to be to much on me to bring a doctors note and we could cancel it. I brought my doctors note in after the first month and they can only freeze it for 3 months. Stuck in 12 month contract now and wasting 2000$ 200 a month for to shown 5 exercises of lifting a dumbbell etc contacted corporate about the situation as well. Well not be continuing after 12 months is over. Very shady buisness
