Left it with them and was told that technician will call back in a couple days, a week after I was the one making the call. Someone tells me that the technician said that the mancraft system was broken, but they tell me to call back later. Call back later, talk to technician and technician informs that it's not broken but that it has the wrong spring... we both agree that a spring is not a big deal and it could be changed, he says he will call back and tell me the additional price for the spring. Never calls back I call back a week later. Someone informs me that the technician said he can't repair it since the mancraft was shipped from Poland and something else but the technician left a note that they barely understand. They tell me to wait for his call. No one calls back so I call back one week later. They tell me technician has quit and to come and pick up my gun. THE STORY GETS BETTER. Take the hour drive to pick up my gun and rifle is all greasy and dirty, gun totally disassembled, the original mancraft spring is missing, the mancraft piston head is missing, one of the rings broken, and mancraft hose all scratched and probably torn, with the mancraft was another spring that has evidence of being cut. When I ask what had happened I was given the best answer I have received in all my life: The technician quit on us and went to work with the people from groundzero see if you can talk to him. He fucked us up and there is nothing we can do.

Then Most people were going against the rules like using full auto,blind firing and not calling shots. That would be fine if the refs did anything but the guy we got didn't really do anything and talked about how he was strict and proceeded to do nothing about the spawn camping and full auto. I wish I could rate this player since some of the players were fun and cool but with the combination of if you get hit once your not getting out of spawn and a ref just not doing his job, I unfortunately can't. Only way I can see coming back is if they add more refs or make the refs strict enough to enforce rules, and if they change a rule or too to get teams a chance of not getting spawn camped

Acquiring a Mercury Rise Intrubuster Gen 2 this past March, an extended barrel was on my list for parts to purchase for it. The only option available was from another YouTube content creator, with a premium price attached to it. Waiting till hopefully more options became available, Claudio at Hot Spot Airsoft, posted videos on his prototype barrel extensions for the Intrubuster Gen 2, which he 3D prints individually and were testing for upcoming rollout. After a few videos, he finalized the design, a 10" & 6", and gave an introductory price for the first 50 customers, which was almost half the cost of what the other YouTube content creator's barrel extensions were. I quickly jumped on the early bird promo, and soon had my 10" barrel extension in my possession. The 10" barrel extension is simple to install, and my Intrubuster Gen 2 has now had a devastating power boost. I'm quite happy with my purchase, especially when utilizing the promo for the first 50 customers. Unfortunately, Hot Spot Airsoft's physical store for 30 years caught fire and has been permanently closed. Fortunately, however, they still do website & phone sales. Email communication has been met with quick responses. I chose UPS for shipping, and the shipping time was about a week. If you're looking to get into the airsoft/co2 launcher hobby, Hot Spot Airsoft has got you covered. They have great prices on stock and modified launchers, along with everything else needed. I'm looking forward to see what Claudio comes up with next for the Intrubuster Gen 2, and would happily do business with them, again. Highly recommend!

Sent 2 tanks for rehydro through their prepaid package kits, paid over $100 after tax. Emailed them…read moreto ask about their turn around time, I was told by nick it takes 1 week. They received my bottles on the 16th of August, and didn't ship them out until the 30th that's 2 full weeks. Also, the box they send you to ship your tanks was too short for a 77 ci tank. It's really sized for a 68. So I had to remove my reg which is fine but they prefer you leave it on. After they were finished, they tried to bill me again through PayPal but I told them I already paid. Don't know why they wouldn't know that. After I got my tanks back, one of them with the reg was one incredibly tight. So tight I broke my fill nipple and pressure gauge in the process of removing it, I had to use a strap wrench and a vise with soft jaws to finally break loose the reg. Come to find out they use red loctite on the threads. Most, if not all manufacturers do not use thread locker. You have to be able to remove your reg when you travel via airplane. So now I have to fix my tank reg and order new parts for it. Will never consider doing business with this shop again. Horrible experience.

Everyone in the place seems focused on one goal: good "clean" fun. We'll totally be back!

The parent with the group that my son was with asked for help and ice due to there being teenagers running the place there was no ice no help. Now why did that adult immediately not get kicked out? Specifically, we had a periscope from a tank (he was a tank instructor) and an Army helmet.  I wanted to sell them as part of our household de-cluttering initiative and reached out to a guy in the Yankee Flyer who is constantly advertising his interest to buy these things. But after I called him and e-mailed him photos, all I heard was crickets so he obviously wasn't that interested after all. Then I contacted Army Barracks, exchanged a few e-mails and photos, agreed on a price, a check was delivered from their Massachusetts headquarters to their Newington store, and we made the exchange today. Super easy! The store is quite a site to behold, with camo clothing everywhere, boots, shorts, jackets, helmets, backpacks, guns, knives, samurai swords, hatchets and axes, and all sorts of military paraphernalia as far as you can see.
