I gotta say that not much impresses me as I always expect nothing less than the best. The initial…read morephone call was yielded by Jessica and from the word hello, she had me. Warm, funny, sarcastic and most of all; genuine (real). I explained my plight and was told to come right over. I park, go in and you just get this vibe from Jessica and the other wonderful lady (name unknown) upon entry. No, "here is the paperwork we will be right with you" but, "coffee, water or anything else we can get you". Just an amazing initial impression that that to me is the most important. I met with the Owner (Mr. Kent) and his son, Bill. Bill; I hit it off with right away. Down to earth and absolutely NO BS. Mr. Kent; I adore. No pushy sales nonsense. No unrealistic promises. No up selling AT ALL! If you don't NEED it, he won't ALLOW you to buy it. Your needs come first and foremost. Trust me; this guy, (Mr. Kent) could sell you the Verrazano Bridge but instead he LISTENS to what you need and throughly goes over WHAT you need. I asked so many questions and he not once made me feel like a bother. There are A LOT of places to go for hearing aids these days but there is only one place that will give you the attention and care you want and mostly; deserve. Your ears are yours; take care of them and only allow the best to do what they do best. You aren't in business for 34 years because you are doing something wrong. Go to the other guys when you need food in bulk. Jessica (my favorite), Mr. Kent, woman at front desk who's name I forget and Bill; thank YOU for all you did for me today. I look forward to a long lasting relationship! Glenn B. Farrell

When I…read morearrived for my appointment I was greeted by the lady at the front desk .Her name is Joy , very friendly and professional and helpful. I was seen in about five minutes by Dr. Lindsay Block . After a hearing test she confirmed I had a significant hearing loss. We tried different hearing aids until we were both comfortable with the fit and how they performed for my needs. I am totally satisfied with my hearing aids. After a few fine tunings I hear better than I have in years. I highly recommend Ear Works of Bethpage , and highly recommend Dr.Lindsay Block for your hearing problems. She is very knowledgeable to help with your hearing loss needs. Also making appointments is very easy as Joy always does her best to have you seen as soon as possible . Matthew Salvo 3-20-21 I will give them a 5 Star rating . Excellent .

I was referred to Dr. Lisa McDevitt at Ear Works Audiology at Bethpage by a trusted friend of mine. The waiting time is normally 2-5 minutes. The office is clean and the doctor and staff are friendly. Dr. McDevitt gave me a thorough hearing test and agreed I have severe hearing loss and told me she would try the best she could to help me out. I was able to get new hearing aids after a few adjustments and fine tuning visits we've got to the ballpark. I've got a pair of hearing aids that I am satisfied with for the first time in the last 14 years. She even offered me a free Caption Call phone. I am glad I accepted the offer because it helps me see on the display the key words I missed while talking on the phone. Thank you Dr. McDevitt !! Dr. McDevitt is very professional, friendly, thoughtful, and has great patience to personally attend to my hearing health needs. I will be due for a new pair of hearing aids in three years. I am definitely going back to see Dr. McDevitt again because she is the best and is highly recommended to everybody.

My daughter and I had back to back appointments. Mine was 9:20 a.m. and hers was at 9:40 a.m. with…read morethe same doctor. We were asked to preregister, which we did, and to arrive 15 minutes prior, which we did. We got there at 9 a.m. and finished the check in. By 9:30 I had asked the front desk person when we would be taken since it was 10 minutes post appointment time. She told me the doctor was behind and that there was someone else in the room and one more person in front of us. I was told that sometimes emergencies happen but I was perplexed as to what emergency could have happened that early in the morning where there isn't any surgery happening. However, I sat back down and decided to wait. Then at 10 a.m. another patient was called in and so I asked her when her appointment was originally for, as I had found out we were seeing the same doctor, and when she told me she was originally slated for 9 am. and it was not 1 hour later it broke the "camel's back" for me. So now I was looking at almost another 20-30 minutes for this person's visit and then another hour for me and my daughter. What a terrible disrespect for people's time. I had made an appointment for 11:30 a.m. figuring there might be some wait and I wanted to give myself wiggle room but this was outrageous. I actually told them I was going to write this review. Mind you this was my first time going there. I was offered to reschedule but two things crossed my mind, I already wasted an hour there waiting AND what is to say this wouldn't happen again. If I was late or didn't show up I would be charged. Who would compensate me for my time lost? I am sure there are others who love the practice or might not have been upset waiting 60-90 minutes past their appointment but I value my time. As I said I understand there might be wait times but I felt this office dropped the ball and was in total disregard for my time.
