We have been repeat corporate customers of Long Island wine tours for four years and have worked with Jim every time. He is professional, serves a great meal, coordinates details to a tee, and takes pride in his work and it shows! Our clients wait for this event every year and have started asking Jim to join us at the wineries because they think he's great too! If you're looking to set up a corporate or personal event, I would definitely contact this company.

On our way out east!!! Bus was awesome.

Planning the tour was easeful with a couple of calls and email exchanges between Alexa, Nicole, and myself. Although we booked the winery, brewery, and lunch option...time got away from us and we seemed to skip the brewery but it was still a full day. The lunch was absolutely incredible! The farm stand was outstanding..we purchased some fruit, honey, and baked goods..the pie!!! The pie was life changing. Thom and Nicole were the perfect guides and the ride was blissful! Although there are no proper bike lanes I never felt unsafe and the drivers were very courteous. Rose Hill Winery was intimate and absolutely breathtaking with fabulous wines. We rented the hybrid bikes and I was a tad nervous (about the speed) but the bikes are very easy to control. I can't wait to do more tours with East End.

She was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions while giving us highlights of what our day would entail. When we arrived we (family of 5) were greeted by Mike our fun/amazingly knowledgeable Guide and Steve who made sure we were hydrated/photographed... he was always near, driving his support vehicle in case we needed to take a break from biking...btw my son got stung by a bee and he had his first aid kit ready to go!!! Our day started out rainy which they were prepared with ponchos (thankfully not needed) stops at stunning wineries where we had fun with trivia questions as well as fun facts... stopped at a picturesque beach to have an oil tasting paired with a delicious picnic lunch set up that was perfect...continued to an orchard to pick peaches that were amazing! Stopped at a gourmet chocolate shoppe where we purchased instagrammable chocolate. Steve made sure our purchases were kept cool in his car so we didn't have to lug anything around and our chocolates didn't melt because he stored them in a cooler. They thought of everything!!! The premier North Fork tour was perfect for us and we highly recommend it. Ended our tour with ice cold towels that my daughter expressed was a great touch to a long ride. We would like to thank Nicole, Mike and Steve for a memorable day and the pictures that were taken will be printed and put in our album to be remembered forever. Thank you for the memories!

Although this…read morecompany claims to be the "lowest price on the internet at $72 pps", NYC Wine Tours is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy, to say the least. Trust me, it's not worth the few dollars you will save! Not only did the limo driver attempt to hussle an additional tip at the end of the tour which he did not earn (note: tip is supposedly included in the rate per person), he also decided to keep my $300 iPod which was left in the limo in lieu of a tip. I spoke with the owner (John) about the situation on MANY occasions and he was rude, unhelpful, and insisted that he would take the word of the driver over mine. There are many other great and REPUTABLE wine tour companies out there, please spare yourself and use them instead of NYC Wine Tours!

He attempted not once but TWICE to put his own personal purchases on our tab...first at a CVS, and second at a pizza place where we stopped for dinner. It really doesn't get any more unprofessional and uncomfortable than having your van driver trying to put his newspaper, snacks, etc. on your tab. Or having him yell "put my sandwich on their tab" at the restaurant. While we definitely had a great time at the vineyards I spent about $100 more than I anticipated spending and still have a bad taste in my mouth nearly a year later.

Had an absolutely great time being driven around Long Island on this rolling beer bus on Sunday!…read moreHow can you not love this? You have a great driver, Kevin, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and most of all patient to put up with all our drunken shenanigans during this past weekend's Yelp Beer Bus event. The bus itself is clean, comfortable, and has both a tv and dock for playing your Ipod's. It's a great way to get around and taste a lot of beer without having to worry about getting a DWI ! Kevin knows all the routes to some of the best local breweries, and is a big craft beer guy himself. They do many beer tasting events on LI and around the local NY area and have packages available for group trips, or shorter shuttles to the local brew tastings. Check out the website for upcoming beer events and rates. To me, it's totally worth the cost to enjoy a worry free, and safe day, rather than drinking and driving. We hit up Great South Bay, Long Ireland, and Port Jeff Brewing Company. That last stop in Port Jeff on a terrific spring day was just perfect to try some beers and then wander around the town for a bite to eat before heading back to the train station to drop us off. Kevin has a great little biz here that I wholeheartedly endorse. Also, between stops it pretty much became a beer fueled dance party bus with some moves going on that would put some strippers to shame! Yay beer!

Unfortunately this is going to be long because I'm so disappointed…read more I was not expecting to be met with the level of hostility by the manager Julie. It's a shame because the grounds are beautiful, the staff that sat and served were very friendly. I was really looking forward to this visit. In email I was sent the menu, reservation policy, and a form to fill out with the option to pre order the mixed flight ($30 per person) or antipasto ahead of time. I had confirmed in written email that I had a group of 8 and I filled out the form for "number of guests at $30 per person" as 1. Everyone else in my group planned to order from the regular menu and do a couple of bottles for the table. When I arrived it was very disorganized and understaffed, with a big wait time to be seated and served. We were sitting for maybe a half hour before someone addressed us. When they did, they came out with 8 sets of the mixed flights! I said that I filled it out for 1 and that everyone else was ordering from the menu. So she went back to check with the manager, Julie. Before Julie even spoke I could feel a combative energy when approaching me. She said she "assumed" the 1 that I put for the mixed flight was "a typo" and couldn't respond to me as to why she didn't communicate the confusion. She said the group number applies to the number of flights. She said she can't just have everyone else "sitting around" and I assured her that everyone was getting something from the regular menu. She said that she never had a problem before and asked me if I even read the information that was sent to me. So basically if you do a group reservation, everyone is forced to do the mixed flight. Even if someone else wants the red flight which is not an option to pre order. She said we would need to order the mixed flights first to be able to order a bottle from the regular menu. No where did it say any of this ANYWHERE on this information sheet. I did in fact read it multiple times and had my group read it before making reservations. After going back and forth with me, she then says "you know what, do whatever you want to do so you can have a good day" very passive aggressively as if I offended her and walks away. Her tone was extremely condescending. My whole group was in shock and very uncomfortable. At this point we had been here for an hour and we were deciding what to do from here. The waitress came back and asked what we wanted to do and I said I wasn't sure because I am uncomfortable with how I was spoken to. She was very sweet and was understanding. She told us whatever we wanted to do if we wanted to stay, we can let her know what we want, which put us more at ease. I asked her for a couple of minutes and she said no problem just to grab her since she's all around. We couldn't find her after that and decided to leave. As a customer, I am appalled by the behavior of the manager. This was not professional or appropriate conduct. I feel for the staff who seem to be doing their best with the given situation.
