Stopped in for dinner while passing through on a road trip and was so disappointed! We waited in line for close to half an hour, were handed the wrong drink after paying and then asked to park and wait. Well wait we did.... Another half an hour, only to finally get this awful food. The burger was not only wrong but it was cold and the ketchup had soaked into the bun, and to top it off the fries were ice cold as well - clearly the time we spent waiting was not because the food was being cooked. read more

the problem I have with this place isn't the food or service..well sort of...it's the fact they never close when they are supposed to. multiple times I'll show up around 830 to just get a root beer and they are already closed when they don't close until 9 or sometimes even 10 on weekends...it's disappointing when all I want is a drink. They need to update their hours online. read more

I was treated awful and the assistant manager came at me through the drive through window. She wanted to fight and mock me for stating I felt rushed at the order box. She was curt and acted ghetto to the point that I became flustered and didnt get my order finished. I mention this to the window server and she apologized, just to the have management come out the window mocking me and trying to intimidate. I will never go there again. I had my disabled child in the car, we just wanted dinner....not to leave the drive through upset to the point of tears. My family came to this location today. After being at the intercom for 3 mins(a long time to wait in a drive thru) with no answer we went to the window. The girl working finally came up and said " oh my thing was off haha" umm okay. Then the fry boy in the back was very rude. Poor service. First and last time trying this location for a while. If I could contact the company or owner of this one I would simply bc they should know the workers have poor attitudes, poor work ethic and lack manners. read more

I was extremely shocked and disappointed with Long John Silvers. I ordered the Fish Tacos and when I got my order, the fish tacos in the tortilla were half a filet! They don't serve it like that in TEXAS! I'm not going back there... There is nothing good in Clovis .. wish they had Panda Express, Whataburger, Chik-Fila , Church's chicken. We got here about 8 minutes before they closed and the manager rolled his eyes at us when we walked in. When the cashier asked if our order is for "here or to go" we said well, "preferably for here." Save yourself a trip-- go to McDonalds instead. Food was typical of what you'd expect from this chain, no veggies anywhere on the menu. We only stopped here because I had to pee, and the soap dispenser didn't work. Made me wonder if employees even soap their hands after peeling. Ew. read more

Shit place.. the drive-through was a nice uneven rocky path. For some reason the lady taking my order couldn't hear, or didn't want to hear. Either way I was repeating myself about five or six times. I asked if they heard what i was asking and they confirmed. So after about sitting behind only one other car for about thirty min, we finally made our way up the pedestal to the window. As soon as the window lady opens the door she immediately started yelling. Okay not really yelling but very high raised voice. Might as well have been. We ordered a PLAIN double bacon cheeseburger(one of the things we mentioned a few times when ordered) meal with a Dr Pepper, and a 2 fish meal with green beans and cole slaw with a large Pepsi. Again, mentioned several times. So after about five min the lady hands us one medium drink and our bag and says have a nice day and closes the window and walks off. I honk because I don't want to wait another five min for her to come back to the window. She tells me that we only got one drink even though we definitely got two. So she asked for the drink back and as soon as she got it just straight up tossed that B in the trash. Nice shot! So while she is correcting their mistake we start looking for other faults. Well wouldn't you know it the PLAIN burger we had ordered had all the toppings and condiments. And they also failed to add my green beans. I can't stress enough how many times we went over this. We went over it several times because they have left things out of my order before. Anyways, when she comes back with the drinks we tell her about the problems with the burger and no green beans. Now she really yelled next. Saying "Greg, come here" idk who Greg was but what was he gonna do that she couldn't? And why the hell is this lady having an attitude with me? They eventually bring the stuff that we ordered initially and and acts like the wrong is my fault. Says have a nice day and stares at me until I drive off after checking one last time. Lol only reason it was two stars and not one was because the green beans were good. Those same green beans that they almost didn't give me!! I don't think I'll be back there again. read more
