The only thing was that my burger and someone else's were swapped with the wrong sides. Not a big deal, but still added to the drama. The fries, on the other hand, were too crispy. Crispy to the point of almost stale. Don't get me wrong some fries were okay, but this lack of consistency throughout only damaged my first impression. We had to repeatedly ask for water refills, and when we were finally ready to leave, we even had to ask for our check because no one came back to our table. When we asked why everything was taking so long, we were told they **didn't have any clean plates** and were waiting for dishes to be washed before they could serve food. To make matters worse, when we expressed how unacceptable the experience was, we were told there was **no manager working that evening**, nothing could be done about the bill, and essentially, "it is what it is." Long waits can happen, but cold food, extremely delayed meals, poor communication, inattentive service, and zero effort to make things right are unacceptable. We left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like our business didn't matter at all. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Shenanigans to anyone based on this experience, and we certainly won't be returning.
