The bartender explained that they hand bread the fish and their takeout orders are very large. I'm not a business genius but if you run out of product at 6:30 you have a planning problem. 9 p.m. I can understand. The final straw was it took over 48 minutes to get a cheesesteak hoagie and a buffalo chicken sandwich while waiting at the bar. When we asked how much longer the bartender got snippy and said we waited a while to order and he'll check his order clock to see. My time was from when we ordered the food and not when we walked in. We got the food and took it home. A family next to us left with us because after 20 minutes they still didn't get their drinks.
