I was able to text them and got a reply really quickly. When I walked in, there were already three customers getting their nails done, so they seemed confused as to why I was there. I was a little sad because in past reviews it said they offer you mimosas, champagne, or tea, and I wasn't asked for a drink. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations from previous reviews. They offer tons of different services, but I opted for the Treat Yo Self mani pedi which is $53, $64 with tip. The salon itself is clean, and the decor is cute and minimal. They have pictures on the wall with cute quotes, and the chairs are wooden seats. They bring water basins to your seat if you're getting a pedicure which was very cute! Taylor did my feet, while Maile joined later to do my nails. The Treat Yo Self Mani comes with a homemade lemon scrub and massage. My feet were really dry, so I hoped they would get off all the dead skin. I love the shape of my nails, and they did spend a lot of time massaging and cleaning. However, I think that it wasn't worth the $53. I'd rather opt for the regular mani pedi for $40 instead. They have a $3 credit card/debit card charge, but they waived the fee for me since it was my first time! Overall a good experience, I'd be back for the basic services. They also have a stamp card, once you fill it up you can get a free manicure or half off gel nails.

Such a wonderful manicure experience with a complimentary beverage in a private, cozy, beautiful, bright space. Leyla is really friendly and easy to talk to as well! Leyla really is a perfectionist and pays the closest attention to details. She won't leave you with crooked nails. Other nail techs only look at the tips of your fingers. Leyla looks at your whole finger so that every nail matches and looks right when you're holding your hand naturally. Her polish application is perfect. I have strongly curved nails and often leave salons with naked sides. Leyla covers the entire nail and uses a petite cleanup brush to ensure a perfect border. This final time, I called and asked for an appointment time when the nail tech was actually open and available. I stressed the fact that I could not wait. They assured me she would be available. I show up at said time, and was asked to wait next to booth where she was working. I can see she was still working on a full set. The owner then told me she was just polishing, even though I could see she was not ready to polish yet. I was asked to wait. She then tried to get someone else to do my nails. But I am very picky, so I knew this would be a bad idea. I ended up leaving before I wasted another 30 minutes of my life. Overall, they do a decent job. But if you are in a time crunch and make appointments expecting to be seen on time, expect to be disappointed. This is not good place for people who value appointment times and being on time.

I wouldn't recommend if you're someone who cares about the shape of your nails! She did a sloppy job of painting them with regular polish and kept wanting me to do gel on my toe nails. I refused because I don't do gel polish on my toes, but if you can't paint with regular polish then are you even a good nail tech? If you want something quick and don't care about those things and okay with a regular $25 regular pedicure, then this is your place to go!

Unexpected Charges and Lack of Transparency…read more I booked my appointment in person on Tuesday 7/15 because I wasn't sure what to select online for Gel-X removal. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Rude receptionists/owner…read more I was running behind schedule I reached out via phone and text message to inform them that I was running behind schedule to see if they can still accommodate me or if I needed to reschedule for another date later in the month and find someone else to do my nails today however, when I called, they failed to answer the phone but immediately text me and said "text please" so I text them to inform them of what was taking place and ask them to give me a simple yes or no. she failed to respond so I continued to call and they did not answer until after the 15 minute grace. when she answered the phone, she was very rude and told me that she would not be able to accommodate me because I was late and that I would have to pay a fee in order to rebook which is completely understandable however, why did you not tell me this 30 minutes ago as I'm driving to your location?
