I understand that delays can happen, but there was very little communication about the wait. My nail tech was quiet, which I didn't mind at all. However, when I asked questions throughout my appointment, she either didn't respond or didn't acknowledge them, which made the experience feel uncomfortable. I originally wanted acrylic nails, but I was persuaded to get Gel-X instead because I was told they would last longer. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but after only one week, several of my nails are already lifting. For a $120 service, I expected much better quality and durability. At this point, they feel comparable to press-on nails. Overall, I'm disappointed because I spent a lot of money expecting a long-lasting, professional set, especially for a special occasion.
