worst service ever I went in not even a week ago to get a full set. They charge me $60 for short length round French tip. OK whatever i was fine with that. Not even a week like I said today, two of my nails came up and I asked if they could fix it and they said warranty is no longer OK because t's almost been a week. also saying i should have came on day 2, when it didn't even happen then she give me attitude. all other places that I've been to will always fix them!!! I should've went back to my normal place but only whent here just because this one was closer to me. of course as i walked out they all talked crap about me in their language. if someone comes into your establishment saying they need something fixed because you did something wrong you whole at least fix it once. you can tell their products are cheap by their lifting already. this has never happened to me! read more

I went in for the first time with my aunt who has been there before. I got a manicure and pedicure. No spa chairs, just the old school foot message machine. The pedicure went so fast. No foot rub no extras No nothing. When I looked at my feet, there was only one coat of polish, so I asked the nail technician to apply a second coat. My manicure was okay. No hand message or anything. When it was time to pay, it was cash only. Luckily I had cash on me. I left a tip even though the guy never said one word to me the entire time. When I left, I noticed that the polish had waves in it and was not even. I will not return. Should have kept my tip! read more

I did like that they had options for encapsulated nails although I don't do acrylic nails right now :/ (new baby) They took me and did good work at a timely fashion. I didn't have much time to spend. They were affordable, especially for the service. I got a gel manicure and gel polish change. Was charged extra for filing my toe nails and only thing is I wish the guy would have like cleaned the sides of the big toes but I'm sure that would have been extra too. Either way it was fine for a quick color change. One tip, maybe get real soap in bathroom instead of watering it down. That almost made me walk out but I didn't have the time to go somewhere else. read more

The last time I came in here for a pedicure I was desperate enough to give the very inexperienced, zero English speaking pedicurist a chance. They were busy and she was the next available. I've had ok pedicures done here, but this one from this woman was trash. I'm kind and patient but literally the entire thing was a cluster f!!! She knew not a lick of English (couldn't understand "take off" or "cut down" or "file" and had to translate the entire appointment with a co-worker)....and mind you, I could have overlooked that, had the pedicure been good. But I kid you not, that was the worst pedicure of my life, and I am 31 years old. She was filing my toe nails with what looked like a baby doll toy file you would get when you were a little girl in the toy set. Not the good strong/firm file. I can't believe I sat through this. The language barrier prevented her from asking me if I needed my usual add ons that I get, which I'm sure she would have F'd up, so I just let her paint me, give me a weak scrub, and kept it moving. I gave her a $5 tip and trust me I was being generous..embarrassed to show her work. She deserved $2. read more

If I could give this place no stars it would still be too much, I give them a big -5 stars. My mother went in today for a mani/pedi and when she was seated the water for her pedicure was cold but she didn't mention anything, we used to come to this place quite a bit and they had done a good job in the past. However the cold water was only the beginning. The utensils they were about to use to do her pedicure were filthy the disposable scrubber that should been blue was grey caked with someones dirt and dead skin, so she asked them if they could get a new scrubber, the man that was going to do her pedicure seemed to not understand what she was asking so a lady came over to assist and got a new scrubber. Then the man put down a towel for her to put her feet on and the towel was very dirty. She mentioned it and they insisted it was clean, she then had to point out to them that the towel was black on one side and there was hair all intertwined in the fibers. She asked for a new towel and they just kept insisting that the towel was clean. She said that she didn't mind if the towel had nail polish on it because that would be understandable. By this point all the workers started talking to each other in their foreign tongue, then one of the ladies came and took the dirty towel, got a new clean towel and dried her feet and then told her she could go somewhere else. Don't ever go to this Nail Salon. They refused my mother service and essentially tried to kick her out because she asked for CLEAN items. Needless to say we will be reporting them to the California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology. read more
