Do not trust her with your alterations!! I took 2 dresses in…read morefor alterations, 1 btidesmaid dress needed to be hemmed and the other rehearsal dress needed some work to the top. When she said they were ready, I picked them up and took them home to try on. The bridesmaid dress hem was horrific. Lining was longer than outer layer and one side of dress was longer than the other. The rehearsal dress had never been touched! When I addressed the issue with her and demanded a refund, she apologized for the hem and said she didn't know how that happened but would refund me. She insisted she altered the rehearsal dress but it was clearly never touched. She would not agree to this and only refunded me a portion of what I paid. I had to get someone else to fix the bridesmaid dress and buy another rehearsal dress. Also, she had the dresses for a month and this occurred 3 days before the events. Very Disappointed !!!
