He recommended another therapist based on my likes and dislikes and I gave this place another shot. It was night and day. This time around I got a quiet and relaxing waiting room and my therapist Owen was great! I didn't have to say very much because he was very physically in tune and read my muscles like braille. I really enjoyed my 1 hour massage here. The ambiance was amazing, the facility itself was very calming, and the people were welcoming, too. I was surprised that there was a locker room, robe,s and slippers to change into. I was not used to this from a massage place. My masseuse worked well on my problem areas, and I left feeling very refreshed. There is also a steam/shower room that I partially used. This was our first time visiting Longevity to experience a couples massage. We were greeted with the friendly staff to explain how the day was to go. The women's locker room and waiting room was absolutely lovely-- lockers to store away valuables, plush robes, and foamy flip flops, hair ties, iced water and iced lemon water, recent magazines, cozy seating, and low lit lighting with ambient sounds playing. We were given the choice an alcoholic beverage of wine, champagne, or whiskey. I had an expansive selection of essential oils to choose from for the massage. The couples massage area was lovely, and we were able to lay right beside each other. My specialist, Ellie, was very attentive to ask what areas I had areas with, what firmness I prefer, and other specifics that I would enjoy for the 90 minute massage. By the end of our session, I felt like a liquid puddle. She hit every spot! We decided to try the steam showers since they were included in the massage. Very nice areas with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair gel, shower caps, combs, deodorant, hair dryers, and 3 different towel sizes. This was my first time to Longevity and I was blown away by the high level of service: from checking me in, to giving me the tour of the lounge/locker area, and to the massage itself. Once I got changed out and into the comfy grey plush robes and flips flops that are provided in the locker room, I headed out to the ladies lounge. Dimly lit, and with ambient music playing overhead, it was the perfect spot to unwind before our massage. Also in the lounge, there's iced pitchers of water and a neat sand drift art that I loved looking at. Included with each massage is an alcoholic beverage of your choice, which I passed on today. Now, onto the couples massage: we got to pick an essential oil of our choosing before our massage. You don't have to pick one if you don't like any of the scents. We went with the lavender. Our massage therapists were Andrea and Caitlin and they were fantastic. I liked how they checked in with us to make sure the pressure of the massage was just right. By the end of our hour massage, I could barely lift my head up, I was so unbelievably relaxed. They asked if we would be doing a steam shower, which is also included in every massage, but we passed on it today. The shower rooms, by the way, are equipped with everything you could need: towels, small wash cloths, shower caps, combs, and even hairspray. I've always had a great experience at this location. The massage therapist at this location are nice and friendly. A few of my favorites are Jennifer, Leigh and Devin. They each take time after the massage to discuss your 'problem' areas and they even give you options to correct the issues. I received some of the best massages ever here! read more

the massage therapists were great. plenty of options for aroma therapy and several beverage options. i will say it's not what i would call lgbt friendly? i brought my gf along for a couples massage and the reception staff repeatedly called her sir even after correction, (they could also see her name on the booking, and it is a very feminine name) which was uncomfortable so if you're a woman with short hair, just know you will be called sir for most of your visit and they will also recommend the men's lounge for you. i will reiterate the massage therapists themselves were fantastic. because of the reception it was overall disappointing for us considering we paid around $300 total to be made uncomfortable read more

I wrote a negative review and it was deleted somehow...hmmm. I was extremely disappointed in my experience here. The masseuse himself was great and I would go to him again but not here. They had a partial power outage and should have rescheduled appointments or been completely transparent about what they wouldn't be able to offer at the spa before you are completely undressed and it is too late. There were no robes available, no music, no heat in the building so the rooms were cold, and the worst - no heated tables so they were cold to lay on. I was freezing and uncomfortable during my entire session. The girl at the front told me there were no robes and no music but did not tell me about the last of heat. Is she had I would have rescheduled. Because I didn't know about the table until I actually laid on it and was nude I just decided to go ahead with my service as it's difficult to schedule time for myself. My masseuse's hands were freezing by the way. I complained to a different lady at the front when I left and was hoping they would discount my service due to all of the negative experiences but she said there was nothing she could do and she would reach out to the owner and let them know. It's different than what I was used to. This is more of a spa where you can use the steam room & shower, lounge around in your robe and flip flops enjoying a whiskey or wine and snack in the lounge area while waiting for your massage. The check in-and-out process and scheduling are simple and service provided by staff is top notch.
