My Husband had surprised me with a Couple Full Body Massage, and can I just say... "WOW" We had 90 minutes to just relax, decompress, and soak up Tranquility here with Tom and Mary! Absolutely LOVED enjoying my Husbands' company in a Quiet, Non Stressful Massage. Plenty of Parking too! When we first came in, we were a little nervous because we both had Never been to one of these things before. So we didn't really know what to do, or to expect. We got ready, and Tom and Mary came in. I'm currently pregnant so they DID make accommodations for me (they want you to lay on your belly) they give you support pillows until you're "just right". It was hard to tell my Body to relax considering a stranger was touching me. Lol. But after about 10-20 minutes in, I was able to calm fully down and relax. They massaged everywhere. Got all my Muscle Knots in my back and neck out. She also massaged my Calves- Which was AMAZING (which are running rampant with leg cramps right now due to pregnancy. Haha!) The hand and foot massage were absolutely Spectacular. So firm and yet gentle at the same time! The bathrooms and rooms were super clean!! It smelled fresh and organic there, my Husband and I really liked the experience. THE HOT ROCKS MADE ME DROOL HAHAHA!! Mary was very professional with asking if I was okay with it before proceeding. My Husband and I were so relaxed that when we were talking later on about it, he had mentioned that he actually fell asleep towards the end for 5-10 minutes... I laughed because I did too! 10/10 would Completely recommend. The head massage was also great. The whole thing... I cannot brag on this place enough! Great people, Great atmosphere! I have now been a third time, this time the pressure I received was in between my last two visits. I told the girl I like firm pressure, but I think maybe she was afraid to go to hard since I'm pretty pregnant? This place is also significantly more expensive than my excellent Richmond spot ($70/hr vs $45/hr), so it would really be nice to know what I'm getting. It's still the best way to easily relax that I know of in Knoxville that's not getting a full blown massage and spending more $$, but it doesn't come close to the reflexology sessions I've had in Nashville or Richmond. read more

The people there are so nice. Walking in you start to get the feeling of being relaxed. The room we did the couples massage was clean and the aromatic was already filling the air. The massage people were so nice and I felt comfortable laying on the table. The two people who did our massages just wonderful! Just wow!! I scheduled a foot massage and chair massage for me and my son (13). Beautiful set-up, peaceful, calm. They have you sit in the lobby. Drinks are free and available in a small mini fridge in lobby. They have private rooms and larger rooms for multiple people. The rooms are fairly dark, with a green neon l.e.d strip to light up the room. The chairs are very wide, no arm rests, that recline backwards. SUPER COMFY! When you lay back they have one of those lights that project stars (kinda) on the ceiling. Ceiling is painted black, so it looks cool. They start you off with a foot soak. Then you are lowered so that the masseur is behind your head. Ahhhh then an amazing head and trap muscle massage. When he was done my hair stood out in all directions. My hair goes to top of my shoulder. Did I care, not a damn bit. It felt wonderful. Then a 1 hour foot massage. If my feet could cry and then sing a hymn, they would have. Then after that hour, I sat on the massage chair. I felt so bad for the gentleman massaging my shoulders. The second he touched them. He let out a gasp of surprise. I haven't had a massage in 19 months, and my muscles could have been concrete. I know its bad when I can here them struggle. I know it can be painful on their hands and elbows. But he literally turned those brick muscles into putty. My son fell asleep 10 minutes in and snored for most of it. He even fell asleep on the massage chair. How??? I go to be awake and enjoy it, he slept through most of it. But he said it was EPIC! Next time, we are getting the therapeutic body massage. How could we not. Prices are very reasonable. We just didn't have the time to do all we wanted. We will be back, that is a guarantee!!! read more

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place out, after all.....the name definitely sounds inviting. I mean......who doesn't love to sit and have their feet massaged! After looking at the list of services, we decided to each have a massage too. We were told that if we did the 'couples' massage that the price was cheaper for both of us. So we decided to save some money and share a room. The inside of this Spa was really nicely decorated, clean and spacious. And the personnel were very friendly, professional and nice. We both thoroughly enjoyed out two hour massage, and left relaxed & refreshed. If you have sore muscles, are stressed out, or just need to be refreshed & recharged.......then this is your place! This spa takes care of more than feet! My husband and I went for a couple's massage. We called on a Sunday and got in that evening. The place is very nice inside, inviting, and very clean looking. It was complete relaxation from the time we walked in the door. We shared a room for the couples massage, and two ladies pampered us, working each muscle and making sure we were comfortable. Ahhh . . . first massage in over a year, when Covid made them impossible. I had a wonderful hour long, full body treatment. Tom did a great job; he found the knots and loosened them all up. Firm pressure, as requested. He checked often to make sure pressure was OK but avoided distracting chit chat (definite plus!). Very professional. Very clean, calming, and professional. Staff is terrific. Massage was not too hard, not too soft. Just the right Goldilocks touch! Love this place! The staff was very friendly when I checked in. The studio is clean, soothing, and comfortable. My massage therapist was Cindi. She was amazing. She immediately recognized the tension area and applied just enough pressure to work out my knots. The massage was very relaxing. I fell asleep during the session and did not want to wake up!
