Caesar salad. I hate to say it but the longhorn in Green Bay does make a better one.

We're always pleased at the longhorn. We had to send a filet back it was an uneven cut and well done on one end but after 15 minutes we did get a good one.

Had lunch here today and, as always, it didn't disappoint! This is hands-down my favorite steakhouse chain when I'm craving a good, flavorful steak. My husband ordered the lamb, and I went with the ribeye -- cooked to perfection, just the way we like it. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were spot on too. And of course, I absolutely love the free warm bread and butter they bring out while you wait -- it's such a cozy touch! Service was friendly and fast, just like we've experienced at other locations. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for a great meal and great vibes!

Wild West shrimp and Tonion apps. Both very tasty

First, our server was wonderful. He responded to request for refills, extra sauce and food take home containers very quickly. The two apps we had arrived so quickly and were delicious- shrimp and Tonions. All of our meat dishes were cooked to the requested doneness and were well seasoned. And all of us brought home food for tomorrow. Prices were reasonable. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit

Each time my husband and I have visited Longhorn Steakhouse at the Gammon location, we always enjoyed the ambience and decor, amazing service, and a great meal! When you first walk in you feel like you have been transported into the old American West with cowboy/Westerndecor! They have a beautiful bar with great wine, beer, and spirits! Longhorn Steakhouse must have a great training program because every time so far, we have had outstanding, well trained professional servers who knew the menu very well. For a chain restaurant, Longhorn steakhouse has great variety of menu options at affordable prices and sometimes switches up the menu items! I love that I can often find some awesome coupons or promotions to use while visiting Longhorn steakhouse. I recommend signing up for their promotions or download their app including your birthday for coupon or a promotional deal! They have something on the menu for everyone including low carb options and gluten sensitives. Longhorn Steakhouse has great appetizers, steaks, premium salads, bbq ribs, soups, vegetables, seafood, etc. My husband loves their Wild West Shrimp appetizer which is large portion of delicious well seasoned fried shrimps with spicy cherry peppers and garlic butter. For appetizers also seasoned steakhouse wings or their french onion soup is delicious as a starter! Longhorn Steakhouse has cheap steaks that are still great quality with different cuts such as ribeye, New York strip, and Porterhouse! My absolute favorite steak is their Outlaw Ribeye which is marbled cut of bone-in ribeye coated with smoky Char Seasoning and fire-grilled which I enjoy with a side of delicious mushrooms, grilled shrimp, and asparagus! If you have room for dessert they have some sweet treats such as chocolate stampede cake! Overall, my friends and family every time we have visited Longhorn steakhouse really enjoyed ourselves here with great service and great food that is great value! I really appreciate every time Longhorn steakhouse has made birthdays or special occasions when visiting! I especially enjoy coming here as a date night!

Came here for lunch and it's my first time at Longhorn. Too many steakhouses in Texas and Pappas Bros is my favorite. We were seated almost immediately and Alli is our server. Ordered the 22 oz medium rare porterhouse with mac and cheese, a bowl of lobster chowder and salad, finished with the chocolate stampede. Complimentary warm bread with whipped butter came first. Chowder tasted good but I didn't find any lobster but a few small shrimps. Steak was cooked properly and it was tender. There were some tendons but overall good. The dessert was massive and definitely needed more than 2 people to eat. Total was under $60 and it was good. There were a party of 12 nearby with a toddler who screamed and cried more than 50% while we were there. Service was good but that crying killed the ambiance.

Pleasantly surprised. Wondered why I'd been driving by for years and going somewhere else for steak, which won't happen anymore. Don't sleep on Longhorn Steakhouse when seeking a quality meat based meal on the west side! Friend and I came for Saturday lunch and were seated promptly. Service was friendly and informative as we asked about recommended entrees being new to Longhorn. House bread loaf and drinks came immediately thereafter. I like to get the house specialty when I dine out, which would mean steak but the menu said hand breaded chicken so the tenders were ordered! So good, juicy, and plentiful, I had to share as a I couldn't finish the six count. Same for the Brussels, which you should get! Few dollars extra but we all need more green vegetables and not having to prep them, bonus. Friends steak was super juicy and tender. Her salad and potato also finished, no complaints. We made plans to return.

7-Pepper Sirloin Lunch Salad Shrimp & Lobster Chowder

First time visiting this chain restaurant. Had a great experience! We had an elderly family member with us who is in a wheelchair and we were celebrating a birthday lunch. Seated immediately by friendly staff. All the workers were sweet and helpful. Terris was our server and he was attentive as can be. Had to try the Texas Tonion. Great app! Large enough for 4 of us to share. We had several items off lunch special menu. Sizeable fresh salads-I had the 7 pepper steak salad. It was properly cooked. Loved the shrimp and lobster chowder-flavorful and filled with seafood. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the birthday lady was served up a large free sundae with a lit candle. The place was clean, comfortable and so many cool items on display to enjoy. We will definitely be back if given an opportunity.

If you want to get a cheap lunch visit Longhorn! Upon arrival there was a bit of wait however the bar was open. At the bar I ordered a Long Island and it was basic but good. When we were finally seated I ordered the Lobster Bisque soup and 7-Pepper Sirloin* Lunch Salad Combo which is grilled sirloin with our 7-Pepper seasoning, diced tomatoes, croutons, and crumbled blue cheese. I really enjoyed the salad but my only complaint is that there were too much blue cheese. Otherwise it was was a reasonable priced meal and I would defiantly go back again. The staff was attentive and pleasurable!

    Strawberry Margarita Long pour
    Debra G.

The strawberry margarita long pour was quite tasty. My steak was cooked to perfection and every bite was juicy. The rice pilaf was a bit salty for my taste. Overall I enjoyed the lunch and would go back again for lunch! Our server was great, he was attentive and had a fun personality.

    Ribeye with Crispy Brussels Sprouts
    Dynae S.

This place is great! I have been there multiple times but most recently was last weekend. I got the ribs and my partner got the ribeye. There was a ridiculously long wait for a table so we promptly ate at the bar and the chairs were comfortable and the bar counter was large and accommodating. Bar staff was professional engaged and friendly and the decor is always on point at Longhorn! Will be back!!!

    Mac n cheese
    Marina B.

Great place! Got a lobster&shrimp chowder and ribeye. The portions were extremely large. The ribeye was 12 oz! The taste was extraordinary! No comment! BUT - a waiter told me we are getting two sides. I choosed meshed potato and mac n cheese. At the end I was charged for mac n cheese. ‍ why? I don't know. If I knew I will be charged for side I wouldn't take it.

Surf and turf for me. Ribeye for my fiance, Brian Lawler.

Went to lunch with my future husband, Brian Lawler. We had amazing steak and great service. Will return soon.

There was plenty left over. The food was delivered 21 minutes away, arriving exactly at the promised time, 100% complete, with some trays still too hot to touch. I included bread & supplies with the order, and the delivery included plenty of serving spoons & tongs, utensils, plates, & napkins. Brisket and sauce were fantastic. The chicken needs work--dry and low flavor. The hamburger buns were very bready and big, too big for many. The sides were fun and interesting new flavors. The slaw was tasty-tangy but very white--challenging those who like their vegetables green. Sorry folks. The beans were super popular. I would get them again, all of those sides. But the chicken...you might go in and taste-test it first. On the front end, it was so easy to arrange for this catering through the website and email. The communication was prompt and accurate. Changes, inquiries, and payment were handled seamlessly. I arranged for this food from long distance, and Beef&Butter really came through. It's a little more expensive than some other Madison options but in the end I was really happy to support this business and the people running it. I wish them great success in the future.

Sides were pretty good too. However, I have to say the brisket was a bit of a disappointment - it was way overcooked, like it had been smoked at too high of a temperature. It was edible but really dry. Just overcooked or held too long. Had to douse it in sauce to eat it which is a total shame. Would have been a 5 star rating if not for the brisket. I'd come back again, maybe when they were busier.

Online ordering was very easy and the food was ready right on time! We got the smoked pork shoulder sandwich platter with coleslaw and corn bread bites and the spicy chicken breast sandwich platter with baked beans and Mac & Cheese. The buns they use for these sandwiches are a great texture and hold up well to the amount of meat and sauce that you want on a BBQ sandwich. It never felt soggy, which is rare around the area. The pork was flavorful with a very fine shred. I wouldn't say the chicken was spicy as said on the menu, but more peppered. The real star is the bbq sauce because it comes out warm and is thin enough to pour but has enough texture to stick to the meat. Went well with everything from the meats, to the Mac & Cheese, to the corn bread bites. The corn bread bites were the stand out side, kind of like a hush puppy. Would recommend at least one person in your group gets them. I even liked them topped with the baked beans. Overall, very tasty food and nice people working. After hearing so many great things about this place over the years, it's about time I got there. Lived up to all the hype!

These ribs were as good as any I've had around the country, and better than most. Some places brag about "fall of the bone tender." To me that is overcooked. Ribs should be "fairly easily coaxed off the bone tender. The need a little bit of chew to them or the are too dry. Smokey Jon's ribs were just right. Now the rest. The barbecue beans were very good. I put a little brisket burnt ends in when I make them. That would have improved these to top notch. I usually shy away from barbecue joint mac and cheese but I ordered it here. Hey, I'm in Wisconsin. It's got to be at least ok. It was better than just ok. It had a generous amount of cheese and the symtickiness that good Mac and cheese must have. For my taste, it had too much garlic. I'm a big garlic fan. When I see a recipe that says "one clove of garlic," I figure it's a misprint and they meant "one head of garlic." Here, they used powdered garlic, and I feel like the amount they used covered up the natural sweetness of the cheese. The ambiance of the place was spot on. I am visiting Madison, from Oregon (Go Ducks!) Driving by the place it looks like they've got to have at least passible 'cue. Inside it was classic back woods barbecue chic. "Log cabin" looking interior walls, red and white checkered plastic table cloths, and great old school blues on the sound system. Is this place perfect? No, won't get that until you pass through the Pearly Gates. But it's about as good as your going to get anywhere else, unless you come over to my back yard on 4th of July.

The place had a decent lunch crowd, but was by no means packed, so we figured it would be quick to get food for the kids. Our waitress came to get our drink order pretty quick, but then service slowed for receiving our drinks, ordering food, getting our food, and getting her attention for a to-go box and our bill. As for the food, we ordered the Bangor, which had shrimp and haddock and choice of two sides where we chose the corn muffins and beans. We also got the Nashville hot chicken sliders with sweet potato fries, kids chicken tenders, and kids burger with fries. The kids meals were both quite generous portions, especially the chicken tenders. The tenders were nice and juicy with a crisp exterior and one of the best things ordered. The kids burger was overly charred and had a little burnt taste, so the child wouldn't eat it and ended up eating the shrimp from the other meal instead. The Nashville hot sliders were decent sandwiches and quite large, but were by no means Nashville hot, more like somewhere between mild to medium spice. The sweet potato fries were great though and went well with their bbq sauces. The fish and shrimp received mixed reviews from the two people that ordered it. The corn muffins were definitely something that we would get again and also worked great with the bbq sauces. Overall, it was fine with some good and some not so good. The price is a little higher than some restaurants with similar offerings, but the portions are quite large, so maybe that's the tradeoff. Not sure if this is going to get added to our rotation, but they did seem to have some good happy hour deals, so maybe for that.

The pulled pork was very good - not overly fatty or anything. Good flavor. I tried the "original" and "sweet city" sauces - both were very good and not overpowering. The fries were good - a little greasy (but "good greasy" if there is such a thing). The creamy cole slaw confused me. It was a bit dry. I know, right? How is creamy cole slaw dry? I'm not sure if it's always like this, or maybe it was off the top of the batch and the "creamy" and dripped to lower parts. Don't get me wrong - it tasted good.
