Unfortunately, we waited over 2 hours for our food and had a 3 hour + experience. The server never brought our salads or water until we asked, then they didn't bring enough salads -- they never came back with the correct amount until we flagged them down about 20 minutes later. They also got our order wrong and switched up the checks at the end :( The food was also not great for the price we paid, time we had to wait, and poor service. read more

The Porterhouse was a little over seasoned but they did offer it with less seasoning which I didn't take them up on. Having a small tenderloin it could have passed as a T-bone. It was the best meal I had in the area for over a week, until... I returned and got a center cut filet of tenderloin which was awesome. Then I returned again, and just got appetizers. My Father and I go here a lot. The food is spot on every single time. Not a single mistake. They work super hard In this restaurant. We mostly do take out. We have ate inside a few times. It was great. We like the convenience of takeout bringing it back home and eating it while watching a movie. Everyone who brings the food out is smiling and happy. They are always kind respectful and I never have to wait. I have worked in the food industry before it's not easy this location absolutely crushes it. They always remember the bread. The food is always hot. Never cold. They've got some really good options. I highly recommend this location. We get takeout once a week sometimes twice. I'd check it out. I can't express this enough. Each employee who is brought the food out is extremely kind and always smiling. The vibes are great. I hope someone from corporate sees this. Longhorn in St Clairsville, Ohio is a favorite of ours. This location is brand new. I hope they get the bugs worked out. We sat at the bar waiting for a table. The bartender was not friendly, not the best way to win customers. We were seated quickly. We all ordered the Flo's Filet. Three of the four received their salads. The fourth did not and never did. In other locations, we received bread. At this location, we did not. The waitress said she forgot. The roasted brussel sprouts were charcoal. The filets were tender but very very salty. Other diners on three separate occasions complained about the saltiness of the food. They were told they were following corporate recipes and maybe other locations were not. I hope this location can make it right. It's a shame to ruin the LongHorn reputation. read more

Waited over an hour for my food. No manager or other server came to check on us. When I got my food it was cold. Paid $15 for a small bowl of Mac and cheese n a small salad that didn't have cheese or tomato on it like I ordered. Was never asked if I needed a refill on my drink. We were lucky enough to get a reservation during their opening event. We were greeted by amazing hosting staff who made sure to give a warm reception to all their guests, and genuine smiles. Our family usually doesn't like going out to big restaurants, but our waitress Mandy made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was enjoying the entire dinner -And the food spoke for itself. Flavorful, greatly seasoned as expected from longhorn - but this location goes out of their way with gorgeously plated food, great for dining in the warm lit, southern style ambiance. just now NEW WORST DINNER EXPERIENCE EVER!! Came to celebrate a birthday expecting a good dinner but we had quite the opposite. To start our server Deb M. took almost 10 minutes to greet our table then another 10 to bring out the drinks and bread. After that she came one time to check on us and processed to spill water on me and did not apologize or offer a napkin, she just walked away. When she came back I asked for a napkin and instead of just going to get one she told me it was called a linen not a napkin and then walked away and did not bring it back for several minutes. When we were given our drinks instead of passing out the coaster she threw them towards everyone and did the same with our straws. When one of our guest asked for a straw she said it's right there and walked away. When our food started coming out it was not up to par and when this was said to the server she was very unhappy with us reporting this to her. When this was brought to the attention of the store manager all she could say was "she's been a server for 10 years so that's not like her" then proceeded to walk away. After the server came back to check the food finally she asked if the steak was okay and before we could answer she just walked away. Before the dinner started we had informed her of the birthday and she said they would sing but when the dessert came out but another server brought the cheesecake and did not sing. I tried twice to bring this to her attention and the first time I was mid sentence asking if she was going to sing and she just walked away. The second time I asked her she got very upset and snapped back at me "I wasn't there when they brought it out because I was too busy taking something off you're check to sing" and then proceeded to drop the bill and walk away. The over all unprofessional attitudes and service we were given at dinner tonight was completely UNACCEPTABLE. The server was very horrible towards our table and the manager could not even give a kind word or apology to us but instead brushed off the issues and made it seem like we were in the wrong, I am sure corporate would not find it acceptable for management to be representing their brand in this way. read more
