From RD's opening response to my problem, it was obvious his main concern was helping me find a fix for the problem and not just making a sale of another bed frame and also a different headboard. I was urged to go home, measure, and send photos to him showing the areas that were causing problems. At one point I needed to talk to the owner of Long's but definitely not due to RD who was nothing but patient, kind, and helpful. Delivery and set up went smoothly.
