My daughter has recently moved to Carmel and needed to buy a mattress. She asked me to do some research for her and I sent her here based on the great reviews. She went in on a Friday afternoon and Ken spent time helping her. What was wonderful was that he showed her different mattresses at different price points. She ended up buying a Saatva mattress that was a comfort return. Ken educated her on the process of what happens when Saatva gets a returned mattress. (We have a Saatva mattress that we ordered online and can attest to the great quality.) The price they paid compared to purchasing direct from Saatva was amazing. We called Best Value, talked to Ken on phone-told him what we wanted. Walked in the door 30 minutes later-he took us to a room, pointed at a mattress and said, "That's the one." It was perfect-but I couldn't believe it was that easy and had to lay on 5 others just to make sure. He was dead on from my description- It was that easy. Very honest guy, explains everything multiple times if you are financing and forces you to look at paperwork (lol). Bought my mattress today. Ken was kind and funny. He was attentive right after he was done helping someone else. Respected our price range. He's a straight forward guy who doesn't try to over sell you. He offered delivery of the mattress same day but saw I showed up in a truck and said "oh I bet we can fit it In there, worth a try!" He was right, and he helped me load it up. Showed us options in our cheaper price range like we asked, then showed us other options a bit more expensive (still very reasonable compared to competition). Went with a mid-range option but was never pressured to buy anything expensive. Pricing is up front and ken gave great advice. I had a mattress in my truck in 15 minutes. From the get go, this place was fantastic! The owner helped me pick out a mattress and explained the difference in all of them. There wasn't a ton on display, but he took me back into their warehouse where there were more options. What sets this place aside from any other is the CUSTOMER SERVICE and the PRICES. While I don't typically love constant assistance, the owner did it in a helpful way - not pestering. This was the first place I stopped, so I picked out one I liked and kept shopping to compare. The owner took my name and number down, knowing he might sell that last one he had. I didn't find anything that even came close price-wise. I returned the next day to purchase the mattress. As I was pulling in he ACTUALLY called me to ask if I wanted it, that someone else was interested. I appreciated him following through on his word! I walked out feeling like I got such a good deal! He asked what day and time would be best for delivery, and made that happen at my convenience. He then called an hour ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. The guy that dropped it off didn't take it in or anything, which is what the owner had warned, but he asked "are you good from here?" Making me think that he would have helped me had I need him to. I was skeptical of a discount location like this - the quality of mattress I would get - but I highly recommend! My wife and I were on the hunt for a King mattress and visited 3 different national mattress stores and were shocked by how much it was for a King size mattress. This is the best place to get a mattress in Indy. The prices are unbeatable and the guy up there is super friendly and helpful. I got this amazing Stearns and Foster Queen set for 598. The next lowest price I could find on it was over 2K !!! (what the heck, right?) I went in there wanting to spend a medium amount for a subpar mattress. Ken is a very knowledgeable salesman. Not pushy but not afraid to tell you where the better value is.
