I have been seeing Dr. Randolph for years for other issues as well. My job, which requires me to stand on my feet for long hours at a time has resulted in lower back and knee pain. Acupuncture has been the only thing that has kept my pain at bay and makes work more manageable. I am now seeing Dr. Randolph to help me through my pregnancy. She has helped me with all sorts of complaints (there's a lot when you're pregnant) but the big ones are she was able to get rid of my migraines and nausea!!! The acupuncturist is Asian and has his credentials on his wall, so I felt like he would know what he is doing. I came here because my knee had been hurting for over 2 months after sitting in a middle seat during a 12+ hour plane ride where I felt like I messed up a nerve or alignment somewhere. After trying a chiropractor, doing exercises through physical therapy and massage, I decided to try acupuncture. At this place, he first does about a 10 minute cupping session, then a 10 minute heating pad, then a 10 minute acupuncture then about a 5 minute massage. I only wish my other doctors were as good. And Marie really knows my back and is great. They are skilled at what they do. I can tell they have a very strong work ethic and Dr Santana takes pride in his business, and rightfully so. He is doing everything a business owner and doctor should be doing. They work long hours over there to be there for people in pain. Doctor Santana never rushes appointments. I don't know how he does it, but I always feel listened to. He makes sure you are already starting to feel less pain before you leave (and for me it is when I wake up the next day that my back is fully better). Also he treats his patients with compassion, kindness, and respects. There is no big ego like with many doctors. He is down to earth, and caring. I also love getting massages with Marie, as she knows my back well, and what it needs.
