"Devoted to the comprehensive healthcare needs of patients of all ages" (straight quote from their website) cannot be farther from the truth. I came here before they closed, and from a crack opened door a lady told me in a very unprofessional manner "we are closed". I attempted to show her my documentation for my drug screen just to see if she can advise me on what to do since it was the last day, and very rudely she said "talk to your employer". I have never felt so disrespected and mistreated by ANYONE in such a manner that I am compelled to let the world now how horrible this experience was. UPDATE: I am here the next day, waited for about 20 minutes and I decided to go to the bathroom, the second I closed the door they called my name and because I went to the bathroom now I my collection is gonna be delayed, they need to update the sign. It currently says: "if you are here for a drug screen and you go into the bathroom, it will result in a delay of collection" IT SHOULD SAY: if you are here for a drug screen and you go into the bathroom FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL DELAY your collection." read more

Dr. Jack Cheng is a fairly young doctor, but some of the staff there that also have him as their physician say he's good. I have been seeing him for almost a year now, and I do not have any complaints. Dr. Cheng is very knowledgeable about this medications and is responsive to questions you leave him via phone messages. His nurse, well, she is another story since she handles most of the back and forth banter bt patient and doctor. He is quick to handle paperwork you send his way. I like his personality too bc he is friendly and engaging. The office is on the small end, but there are plenty of chairs and even a play area for the kiddies. Some of the office staff are efficient while you'd rather avoid certain individuals. The office is across (ish) from the CVS in Flowery Branch near the Kroger. The office is actually behind the building, way up there behind the hill. read more

I was assigned this place to go for a drug screening for a job. This place closes completely down for lunch hour. I called ahead of time and listened to their voice mail for hours and instructions. It didn't say anything about this closure. I had not scheduled an hour and a half in my day to give a urine sample. I had another appointment. They were very nice and said they would try to get me back in about an hour. It would be helpful to know this information well ahead of time. read more

the place is very easy to get to (5 minutes off of 985) once you get to the oakwood exit. they have a huge private lot and a very nice waiting room with a water cooler. as soon as you enter, the staff is attentive and very friendly. ------- I saw Dr. Mersberger (D.O) and he was a very nice guy. very attentive when doing my physical and listened and wrote down a lot of information while we were doing the exam. i was impressed with his knowledge, as well as being friendly and nice. His nurse, Jennifer was also very nice. said if you need anything from the Dr, to contact her directly and she will take care of it. ----- got blood work done as well, and the lab tech was a nice person to talk with, and was very gentle with the needle. was very attentive to my feelings when i winced when the needle went in, and as the blood was coming out. no bruising was left afterwards either! i think i found my new PCP! the Northeast Georgia Health System Family practice group was great! read more

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and I love it! I see Dr. Jack Cheng. He is a younger guy and he really takes the time to answer any questions you have and also breaks everything down so you really understand what is wrong. Most of the time I get there about 15 minutes early and I get called back before my actual appointment time. Today I was in and out in 25 minutes! I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and this practice. read more

They can't keep their payment in check, I keep getting mail from them saying we owe a balance and going to collections, but when I call or have gone in, they can't find it. Really like Dr Carroll, wish he would leave and go to another practice or start his own so I wouldn't have to put up with the crappy staff to see him. read more

My husband had been attending this practice for years. Just recently, the doctor that he had been seeing left the practice. A new doctor has not been hired to take the place of said doctor and a nurse practitioner had been seeing him in the interim. He had been ill and went into see the nurse practitioner, but she did not have time to see him that day. She assured him that there was no problem, and she would call his prescription in. By 6 pm that evening, not only had he not heard back from her, but his prescription had not been called into the pharmacy. Upon his calling her the following day, he was informed he needed to make an appointment. Already having taken time off work to go the day before, he was not able to immediately make it into the office for another appointment. Without any communication, his prescription was completely cancelled until he could go in for a re-evaluation. Once he found this out from the pharmacy, he called to make yet another appointment and was informed that the nurse practitioner would be out for a week and the other doctor in the practice could not see him. Eight days after all this back and forth, he is still ill and obviously seeking a different practice. I give this practice one star because yelp would not allow me to award it zero stars. If you are looking for a doctor, save your time, money, and frustration by not bothering with this practice. read more

I want to make clear that this review is in reference to the Hamilton Mill branch. I don't even give them 1 star. I had an awful experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone. It was my first checkup in years, and I was greeted by a doctor who asked me what I was there for and refused to let me fill her in on my ailments over the course of the last year. In fact, she said we can't talk about illnesses at a well visit. Are you kidding me? Keep in mind I've never met this dr before, and I just spent 30 min filling out my history and current symptoms on a well check packet pre-appointment. She did not look at the labs I brought for reference or my family history. She refused to do labs because I ate a protein bar at 11am, and my appt was at 3pm. She made clear that labs come with a well check, but I shouldn't have eaten. I told her that the staff never explained to me that I should fast and her reply was "well, we've had a lot of staff changes over the past few weeks". That is not my problem! I was there for a dr visit and expect to get full care. She was rude and uncaring. This was the worst dr visit I've had in 36 years. I tried to tell her about other problems I was having, but she didn't want to hear it, as it would not fit into a "well visit". She blamed this on insurance. I have never been treated so poorly. I could go on and on about the unacceptable customer care and poor service. I will never return and have never had an experience like this in my life. Do not use them or dr b. She does not focus on patient care at all. Horrible! read more
