Joe was nothing but fast, efficient and honest with the cleaning the rugs of a rental I own from start to finish. I sent him pictures of the job, he gave me a fair quote and followed through. He showed up when he said he would and finished within the window he'd estimated so my new tenants could move in at the time they expected. When he was on site doing the work he updated me of his progress as to what stains he would be able to get out, and what he might not. The results exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied with his work. I am so impressed with the service at Look N Good. I had my stairs, rugs and couch cleaned by Joe yesterday. I was prompted to call after I read the other Yelpers reviews and I can testify that this company is more than worthy of 5 stars. I initially called and spoke with Joe as my rug badly needed some dog urine stains (and stenches) removed. He was at my house within 20 minutes! He was able to pinpoint the actual stains, which were now barely visible, with some CSI-type tool! He thoroughly cleaned the rug- making it look like new again. My stairs looked amazing too, he somehow managed to fluff them up again! I am so happy with the service and the price was an excellent deal. Also I should mention that he cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and all of the equipment looked modern and clean. Joe's work ethic is outstanding. read more
