I am so impressed with the service at Look N Good. I had my stairs, rugs and couch cleaned by Joe yesterday. I was prompted to call after I read the other Yelpers reviews and I can testify that this company is more than worthy of 5 stars. I initially called and spoke with Joe as my rug badly needed some dog urine stains (and stenches) removed. He was at my house within 20 minutes! He was able to pinpoint the actual stains, which were now barely visible, with some CSI-type tool! He thoroughly cleaned the rug- making it look like new again. My stairs looked amazing too, he somehow managed to fluff them up again! I am so happy with the service and the price was an excellent deal.
