I booked a full foil and consultation so I would have plenty of time, I know my hair is time consuming because it is dark, my roots are long and it requires heat to lift well. After having sent her the pictures of me, so we're clear the expectations were achievable, and talking to her about my desires she began the foiling process. I don't know how it ended up so bad. My highlights are chunky and thick, I like them feathered, stated this to her as well. I spent $285 including a $50 tip, she said she gave me an extra hour, but most of that was spent with me under the heat processing. Also before the appointment she insisted that I let her know if I was not completely happy with the results, most salons will fix it if you let them know promptly, I let her know within 2 days of my appointment and instead of offering to fix it she recommended me to a friend of hers at a different salon. My highlights are thick and chunky and growing out horribly, I am going to have to spend another $200 elsewhere to hopefully have them fixed. I have never had service like this before and am so disappointed in what is seemingly a very nice salon. I have worked at and been a client at high end salons my whole life and have never had a service that wasn't fixed for free. I am genuinely disappointed and will never return. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because she as a person was sweet and my hair felt healthy when it was done. I initially booked with her when I was planning to do vivid colors in my hair but I switched the plan to go natural and she was also exceptional at that. My appt was at 8:15 in the morning. She was 25 minutes late. I had a group on for $144 for a haircut, deep conditioning, partial highlights and blow out. I showed her the color of the highlights that I had as some were growing out. Not only did Lisa, the owner, not match my highlights, but you can't even tell I got them done. I didn't need the haircut, so I just had curtain bangs. There are different kinds of curtain bangs, but she didn't ask, she just cut them. There are barely any bangs cut. Then, she washed my hair and talked on the phone the whole time, which that is supposed to be relaxing part of appt. She didn't leave on the deep conditioning, just rinsed it out. She applied toner. She did NOT ask me if I wanted toner, she just put it on. I asked for a blowout and she said she wasn't sure she had time, but she ended up doing it. She didn't use product before she blew it dry or afterwards. It was a humid day and some anti frizz would have been good. She didn't even use hair spray! Once I was checking out, she charge me $65 extra for the toner. My bill ended up being $210. When I first posted on her website, she answered and said she used product which is a lie. She said toner was OPTIONAL which I wasn't given an option. She said you could see the highlights which you can't. She didn't address being 25 minutes late. She also talked on the phone when she was blow drying my hair. People that look at her website will see positive reviews because Lisa , the owner, takes the neg down. I do NOT recommend this salon. It's not a good experience and her prices are ridiculous. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Thank you.

It seems like they do a lot of wedding hair and makeup, and I can see why. It is a professional environment with high-class stylists. I just got my wedding photos back and although my bridesmaids hair looks acceptable, my entire wedding album is practically ruined by my hair. I am including pictures so everyone can understand.
