My vehicle was scratched, like 4" somehow in the washing process. They denied it and were extremely rude about my concern.

Raise your hand if you've paid $20+ for a carwash only to have your car "clean" but not the windshield, or the back window, or the mirrors, or the grill... these guys CLEAN MY CAR. Every single time I go through my car is clean! I've had a monthly membership since January and I have not once had less than a 5 star experience! I've always paid for single washes here prior to purchasing a membership and I will continue paying for such great quality service every time! read more

On a trip from Vancouver Washington to Idaho my 15 week old French mastiff cane Corso had an accident in the backseat of my truck. It was extremely nasty and messy. Although my truck would not fit in their car wash I have them detail my truck. I have literally had people make comments on how nice of a job they did. I made the mistake of paying in cash one ×...my car was push through...came out terrible.. The time before i had the best wash and wax ever! Quess they wanted a tip up front... I havent been back because they are inconsistent...but the time just before..was so nice went back for the same and i decided i cant afford the $14.00 if i dont get it just as good each time..i have a very small budget to take extras from. read more

I went here to get a monthly pass. I was told you could only get one on line however, there is no where to do that on the website. They had already started wetting down my car and I could not back out. I was charged $9.00 for a wash which I did not want. Stay away from this place. They are deceiving. read more

Do not patronize this business. Dishonest and unethical. Worker broke a back window with a brush when entering car wash. Owner wouldn't speak with me staying in his office behind a closed door, having another worker relay a message that they did not break my window and he wouldn't take responsibility for it. Called police who wouldn't take action calling it a civil incident. My insurance company had to deal with the owner. This car wash does not deserve your business! read more

Took a fleet vehicle here today, and Wow! The full service option was amazing! The staff is organized, courteous and thorough!

This is one of my favorite car washes, and the only one that I know of the vacuum and do inside cleaning. Normally I get a good wash and vacuum and have no complaints. Today (they were slightly busy) there were several large spots that they missed, however I have Armor All in the car so I couple swipes and I was good to go. The price is a little steep, really shouldn't be over $25 but I'm still happy to pay it for a good job. read more
