We opted for the $35 wristband, which was well worth it, he got to go on several different rides and hit the big slide multiple times.They had plenty of carnival games, vendors and food trucks. When it came time to grab a bite, my son picked Bubble Hive food truck. He got a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream and chocolate that was so big that we all ended up sharing it. Since it was Mother's Day, the beer garden and live music were a nice touch. They were serving mimosas, so my husband and I both grabbed one, since I was in the mood for something refreshing instead of beer. It was starting to get pretty hot out, so we only stayed for a couple of hours, but it was a fun outing and my son had a great time.

Also, They have cold beverages, really cold beverages. (That was really appreciated after I ran out of water) I personally didn't talk to them too much today, but they were nice and efficient. This week though 4/2/26 , they didn't have lights on the court cause some crackhead took out the copper wires. When it gets fixed I'd love to come back to play pickle ball again. But the trail for golf seems over grown and very full of weeds and stickers that will attach to fluffy dogs if not careful. There were about 5 cars that looked like either someone was living in or very broken down. There were two people who were enjoying their day with chairs and their dogs off leash but didn't bother myself or my dog. It's a decent park and if you have kids the play ground looked fun!

From Sacramento Take 1-80 East to the Colfax. Highway 174 towards Grass Valley. 7 miles to a right on You Bet Rd. Go 4.3 miles where You Bet turns into Red Dog Rd. Go 1.2 miles to a fork stay left on Red Dog. Go 8/10 of a mile turn right on Chalk Bluff Rd. 2.4 miles on Chalk Bluff, driveway uphill on the left. Orange Gate post! We went camping at Toney's recently and had an amazing time. Super affordable ($10 per person per…read morenight), spigots and porto potties throughout the campground, and really awesome disc golf course! The owners are incredibly nice and helpful with any issues or concerns. We were lucky enough to get to hang out with the two dogs who live on the property as well. They're sweet and adorable! Definitely make sure to follow the website's directions there and back, though. We got lost when we didn't. We will definitely be back!

I typically go to Shady Oaks or Rocklin for Disc Golf, but I randomly discovered this course pop-up…read moreon Google Maps and decided to check it out. I didn't know I would have to pay for parking to enter though. That was a surprise. The Cost was only $3 for parking, but I wasn't planning on a charge. The walk from the parking lot to the course is about 1/3 of a mile. The course is hidden and down below the Lake. The course had many challenging baskets with a bunch of obstacles. I had a ton of fun and would recommend anyone to check it out.

Quickly... This is a…read morefun course! They move the pins weekly. They have great infocards at the tee. They have some wild pins! Some short technical pars and a few distance. Longley... You gotta stop by the pro shop. That's a disc treasure trove! Otherwise, it's like a mile hike to start the course. Then it is really a lot of fun! They have a couple of practice pins to toss at, one near the pro shop and one right next to the gate to enter the course. The pins move weekly...so it was a bit challenging for my first time here, cause I didn't know if 17 was a 250 or a 540, for example) However, it was a lot of fun! Most of the course is shaded, except the longer ones. Some of the pins have some really crazy placements, which I think is fun. Watch out for the Poison oak, I've been told, I didn't see any today, but I believe the locals. Good tees! Fun Pins! Give it a shot! Thanks CSD for getting that in!

The snack bar is well stocked with just about anything you want, but I secretly think it is a trap as my kids have talked me into something each time we have been there. The referees have been fantastic, especially for the little ones being patient and explaining what the rules are and having fun while they do it. It would be nice if there was a bit more time between games as you are being stared at in the stands by the next games parents while you wait for your kiddos to come off the court. The only drawback of this location is getting back onto Industrial after the game, especially if both this center, the one across the street, and the soccer facility are all having events. It would be nice if the businesses worked with the City and County to put in a traffic light there to make this a bit easier.

In our play here however, we have found the backdrop of windows around the courts to be a safety concern. I would highly suggest more padding on the glass portions of the facility. Courts with windows behind the basketball hoops have metal mullions that are very dangerous, we have seen players break their arm on the mullion and other players get very hurt from slamming up against them. My other request would be to rotate the refs per game per court, I have 2 sons, 2 different teams that played back to back on court 5 from 2-6 and they had the same refs the entire time, both age groups were very physical and the refs called very little in fouls, 3 in the key, sportsmanship conduct. They seemed tired. Kudos for getting to play consistently with challenging teams just a few items that would improve the experience and safety.
