Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Not an asset or good ambassador for our beloved hometown Nike. Do better, Just do it. Terrible customer service.

I found this 'Groove Belt,' which is pretty much a game changer for me. It has a magnetic buckle that has two heavy duty hooks built in to keep it from coming undone unless you intend to unbuckle it, the belt is also 'one size fits most' so you can adjust it to almost any size waist. You can choose to leave the slack intact so that it infinitely adjustable for as long as you own the belt or you can cut some of the slack if its bothersome. The belt even stretches with you when you bend over to work so it never feels uncomfortable when keeping it somewhat taunt when my shirt is tucked in for the workplace; like I said, a complete game changer for me. We stopped in the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they still had a great deal on the belt. It normally costs $60 but was marked down to $39, I probably should have bought two of these things but I wanted to see how long it lasts in my work environment, only time will tell. Since we were there shopping, we noticed they had great deals going on for BCG training attire and all Magellan clothing. I purchased several pairs of BCG shorts and workout pants and one Magellan top at 50% off which was a great deal. Staff here have always been super friendly and helpful and the store is kept immaculate. I highly recommend stopping in to check them out if you're in the area.

I have signed up to do the Camino de Santiago hike in June with several friends. This will be a push for me but I am excited in my training for the hike. I have been expanding my miles with the Brooks that I have but also realized I needed to "find my shoe" and train with that (plus have a back up). Andi got me started with two throughout assessments of my feet. I have had something similar years ago, but no where near as extensive. This alone made the visit highly valuable for me. I came in with an open mind and my goals. She was able to find 3 pairs that fit incredibly where and a whole size larger then I normally choose. The 2 Karhu will be for the hike training and the Altra are for the HIIT gym (where they have already proven to be a big improvement). Along with a sock recommendation, which feels like a perfect marriage. She even measured me for the medium knee brace to help with the gym. I look forward to coming back in the next few months to see how my feet are adapting to the training. Let it be noted, I live in Miami, where there are plenty of similar shops, but I split my time between there and Port Orange and I am always thrilled when I find a awesome place to shop up here. I'm actually a size 14!   The foot scan and gait analysis were a great help, and Andi took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. She helped me find the perfect pair of Hoka Gaviota 6s, and was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left with the right shoes. I even bought some fancy shoes laces. If you've never been professionally fitted for sneakers, do yourself a favor and visit Fleet Feet in New Smyrna. I initially came in to purchase a 9-foot board I had my eye on. After deciding to buy it, I stepped out briefly to grab my son so he could help me load it into my truck. When I returned, the board was gone--needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I spoke with a salesperson named Dave, who explained that the board actually wasn't supposed to be on the sales floor--it had been custom-made for the shop and was pulled by the general manager and placed in an office. Even so, Dave didn't stop there. He took the time to listen to my situation and understand how much this meant to me, especially as it was intended to be my Father's Day gift. Dave went out of his way to help and connected me with the manager, Chip. Chip took things to the next level--he made calls to the general manager and even reached out to corporate to see if anything could be done. After about 45 minutes of effort, he came back with incredible news: they got approval to sell me the board. Neither Dave nor Chip had to go to those lengths, but they did--and that level of customer care is rare. They could have easily said no and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to make my day. As a local, I'll be out riding waves on this board and proudly telling this story. Ron Jon didn't just sell me a surfboard--they delivered an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Dave, Chip, and the corporate team for making my Father's Day!

Largest surf shop in the world at 52,000 square feet of cool, rad, and gnarly, awesome things (shirts, jewelry, swim wear, accessories, beauty products, home decor, surf boards, rash guards, sunglasses, etc). If you can walk out without buying a shirt, keychain or sticker, I would either be impressed, or think something was wrong with you. Free parking (time limit) in the back of the shop. Long arse lines at all the registers, but that's a testament to how popular this place is. My husband who is an (ex-)surfer, totally loved this shop. He said visiting this store was one of the highlights of the trip.

Then we found items off the buy one, get one free rack and one item didn't ring up that way and she was like that shirt was not on that rack. Then I pulled out several more to show her then she was like fine I'll give it to you. Then the fifth shirt we bought she tried to put it aside and not put it in our bag until we pointed it out. We were there on a Saturday afternoon on April 26th. The economy in the area does not look good as it is, so I do not think her attitude is going to help.
