I Filled tank with card and there was 8 dollars left. Door was locked because of shift change all I asked if the change would go back on card. There was a little white guy who began swearing at me. Looks like the window was broken the other night. I see why. Terrible staff. Funny I just moved to area and own a business with a lot of trucks and was going to use that gas station. Not anymore. Ugh. Trying to get a car wash for a week now and it's been closed. It didn't have the cone out so I went up and tried to pay but it said network error. Went back again and again and it's still down. What the heck! Went inside and they had no idea it wasn't working and it looks like it isn't fixed because I drove by today and the cone is out now. read more

Son took car to get car washed on 6/26/24. Car wash tore off driver side mirror so he filled out a claim form. Talked to manager who said all she could do was send the form to corporate and she couldn't do anything more than that. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager...... Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. Think twice about using their car wash as any damage will be ignored..... read more

Horrible gas station gas is always $.15-$.20 higher than anywhere else 90% of the time half the pumps are all the pumps do not work or you have to go ahead and pay because the card readers don't work and when the pumps are all down no notice no nothing And you stand there thinking you did something wrong. This has been an ongoing issue over the years. read more

Card readers on the pumps do not work or are not maintained. I went to three different pumps today. Had to go inside and my card worked just fine. More so, the price is 20 cents higher a gallon than elsewhere. Not a fan of having to wait in line to buy overpriced gas and then get an employee who is not helpful. I'll trade elsewhere from now on. read more

This place always has what I need from an ice cold fountain drink to tasty hot snacks. Veda and Josh are also a welcome sight when I walk in...always polite, attentive, and always willing to help. I like this store for their beer , food and the fact it's also a gas station . The other night my boyfriend and I stopped In for gas . Upon walking in the cashier sighs almost as it was inconvenience to her that I showed up . I then wanted to check if I had any Ralph's rewards towards Gas before she rung me up . I hate posting negative stuff but I honestly think this should be addressed, multiple times I have stopped into the Loop and found that the homemade tea was either improperly labeled or the unsweetened tea ended up being sweetened,mistake can happen , but then it happened again,and then another time the lids were not even on them, allowing one to throw anything in them, in this day and age that's dangerous,and the people who work the morning alway seem to out of it.... I guess management ignores negative reviews, since the long-nailed dye job is still working there, even though complaints against this perpetually angry clerk go back years. She has Zero customer service skills. Who wants to deal with angry and disrespectful clerks like her? Last time I visited the store the ice on the soda machine was broken so they had a styrofoam cooler out filled with ice and a scoop, it was very unsanitary, also the soda was flat and the soda machine itself was not clean. read more
