Son took car to get car washed on 6/26/24. Car wash tore off driver side mirror so he filled out a claim form. Talked to manager who said all she could do was send the form to corporate and she couldn't do anything more than that. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager...... Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. Card readers on the pumps do not work or are not maintained. I went to three different pumps today. Had to go inside and my card worked just fine. More so, the price is 20 cents higher a gallon than elsewhere. Not a fan of having to wait in line to buy overpriced gas and then get an employee who is not helpful. Last time I visited the store the ice on the soda machine was broken so they had a styrofoam cooler out filled with ice and a scoop, it was very unsanitary, also the soda was flat and the soda machine itself was not clean. read more
