Easy to pull your car in and maneuver as you need to. They have a bank of detail stations so you can vacuum your own car if you need to. There is also a Burger King here. The gas prices were in line with everywhere else nearby. The car was was great! Our car looked brand new when we were done and it is way better than the car wash by our house. We will definitely be back.

I was hoping to go through the touchless side, however it was closed so I went through the touch side. In the middle of the wash I heard a super loud banging sound (like a hammer being hit) all along the side of my brand new car and now have $4000 worth of damage to my car. Upon exiting, another vehicle went through with the exact same problem. I immediately went in to the employee working at the front desk who shooed me away and told me to come back during a weekday when management was available. Of course I returned on Monday and the employee took pictures of the damage and sent it to his manager. We were told to get a quote and bring in the quote to the store. When we brought in the $4000 quote to them, we were told it "might take a while to hear from insurance". It is now the middle of March and I haven't heard a peep. I've been brushed off. It's obvious that they are hoping the situation would be forgotten. I am so disappointed in this company and the customer service.

I had never been to this location, so finding the entrance was confusing and a little overwhelming with the car behind me that seemed to be really close. With the membership, I can pull in and get in a specific lane (there is one for cashiers and another for membership) and the gate automatically opens after a camera somewhere reads my license plate. Pulling in is a breeze. There is someone to guide you onto the conveyer belt. They sprits your car with a stronger solution before you enter the first spay down followed by brushes. However, the brushes do not seem to get up close to the area where your mirrors are. Each side gets 2 passes with these particular brushes and... well, this location is yet another that just misses the mark. Then these dryers are almost pointless. When I pulled away from the dryers, the entire car still had drops dripping down the sides, down the back. Across the windshield and hood of the car. This location makes more work for me!! At this point, if your pulling into the stalls with the vacuums, YOUR IN LUCK because there are damp towels so you can get out and dry your car off yourself! I do appreciate that they have vacuums and air houses... but it would've been even better if they worked! The stall I was in didn't have a working air hose or vacuum on the right side. I just said to heck with the passenger side of my car and didn't vacuum it. My driver side is looking pretty fly though This is a decent Quick Quack if you just need to run through real quick and be on your way. I'm not sure about the other stalls and how the rest of the vacuums & air hoses worked, but I am stuck with one dirty side... "Don't drive Dirty" ... is Quick quacks slogan... well, then fix your stalls or at least put up a sign letting the community know that house isn't working. I hate 'driving dirty!'

**July 10, 2026** I…read morehave been a very frequent customer of this establishment since it opened--until yesterday. I pulled in and purchased my usual **$25 Express Wash**. As I drove around toward the wash entrance, I noticed a car parked against the block wall rather than in the drive-through lane. Assuming it was parked and not waiting in line, I proceeded to pull up behind a large van that was being pre-washed before entering the tunnel. One of the employees immediately approached my vehicle and began scolding me, saying that I had cut in front of the other car. What no one had explained to me was that the large van was actually too tall to fit through the tunnel, and the employee had instructed the other driver not to pull in behind it because the van would need to be backed out. Since I had not been given that information, I had no way of knowing why the other car was sitting off to the side instead of in the drive-through lane. When I asked why the car wasn't in line, the employee finally explained the situation. Shortly afterward, the manager came over, asked me to roll down my window, and said, *"I understand you've been giving my staff a hard time."* That couldn't have been further from the truth. I calmly explained what had happened and pointed out that no one had communicated the situation to me before accusing me of cutting in line. Rather than apologizing or acknowledging that the misunderstanding was caused by his staff's lack of communication, the manager simply stood there. His final comment was, *"Well, I guess shit happens,"* while the employee continued dropping F-bombs in the background and insisting that I had still cut in line. The entire interaction was completely unprofessional. The disappointing part wasn't that there was a misunderstanding--it was how it was handled. A simple explanation and a sincere apology would have resolved the situation in seconds. Instead, I was publicly scolded, falsely accused, and treated with complete disrespect. Over the past six months, I estimate I've spent **between $2,500 and $3,000** at this business with our four vehicles and our RV. Every time we fill the RV with diesel, it's typically a **$350-$450 fuel purchase**,and we wash the vehicles 1 or two times a month and always purchase our auto's fuel here as well. That fact is, we've been a loyal customer and genuinely expected to be treated with a little more courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

Every time I come through, I clearly request that staff do not spray the bug remover on my vehicle because I have been told it can damage paint and window tint. My previous vehicle was damaged after being sprayed, so with this new vehicle I always make a point to ask them not to apply it. I even ask the employee at the entrance to write the request on the windshield. Despite doing this every single time, the employee waving cars in still sprays it anyway. In the past, I have even gotten out of my vehicle and gone to the office to politely inform staff that the request written on my windshield was ignored. My intention was simply to make them aware so they could correct the issue. I have never yelled at or disrespected the employees. Today the same thing happened again. When the employee began spraying my vehicle, I rolled down my window and waved to get her attention. When she approached, I told her "No bug spray." She said the other employee wrote "xxbug," meaning extra bug spray. I clarified again that I did not want bug spray. As I rolled my window up I muttered "f***" out of frustration, but it was not directed at her and I did not insult or yell at the employee. This situation keeps happening despite my repeated requests. While I was drying my vehicle afterward, a man approached me saying he heard there was an issue. He identified himself as Ashton and claimed he was in charge of all of Northern California operations related to soaps and training for Quick Quack Car Wash. When I explained that my concern was the repeated spraying of bug remover despite asking them not to, he insisted that their chemicals cannot harm vehicles. When I mentioned that my previous vehicle had been damaged and that I had been told by a Quick Quack employee that the product contains an acidic component designed to break down bug residue, Ashton called me a liar, told me I "know absolutely nothing," and said I was making things up. He also accused me of cussing out the employees, which I did not do. His tone was yelling, rude, and completely unprofessional, especially for someone claiming to hold a regional-level leadership role. During this conversation he also informed me that he would be removing my account from their system, which felt retaliatory given that I was simply raising a concern about an ongoing issue. I asked for his name and again he represented himself as someone who oversees Northern California soaps and training. After he walked away, he began taking pictures of my license plate. My brother was with me and overheard the entire conversation. I later contacted the Quick Quack employee I know within the company, who informed me that Ashton is actually only a team lead, not a regional manager or someone in charge of soaps for Northern California. He was shocked that Ashton would represent himself that way and even more shocked by how a paying customer was treated. At this point, the ongoing issue of my request being ignored is frustrating enough. However, being called a liar, yelled at, threatened with account removal, and treated disrespectfully by someone representing the company is completely unacceptable. I hope management looks into both the repeated failure to follow simple customer requests and the unprofessional behavior displayed by this employee. This location has everything you need like any other one, but the bathroom is nice, the snacks have unique treats from different cultures, and there's a milkshake machine, coffee, slushee, all in one corner. I've been frequently walking to and from my house, and always come by as a regular from 2021, so I like that it's always clean and organized each and every time I come by. This location features a touchless car wash, which offers the unlimited car wash subscription on their PM app. There's an ATM inside too if you so need for handy situations. I adore the lime green branding color and the stylish signs they have inside, it feels really cozy and straightforward. The workers are also lovely each time too, as I like making small talk. They help spot me and my sister when we were counting our pennies, and I really appreciated that. They have a loyalty program too but I have yet to use it - Hopefully soon! Thank you, Power Market! The self wash station is very easy and convenient to use and the vacuums are very powerful getting all the dirt and crumbs out from my car. I love using this car wash! It's clean, I can get in and out quickly and it's also fairly inexpensive. I like to load up on tokens for the vacuum or shampooer but I also love that there is an option to use your card as well. This car wash is my absolute favorite in the area and I will continue to come here as long as they remain open!
