Up early and although there is rain in the forecast, this dirty girl needed a bath!! With the Quick Quack membership, you can go to any of their locations and wash your dirty car from the inside-out. The price of 2 car washes a month makes it well worth the membership. I had never been to this location, so finding the entrance was confusing and a little overwhelming with the car behind me that seemed to be really close. With the membership, I can pull in and get in a specific lane (there is one for cashiers and another for membership) and the gate automatically opens after a camera somewhere reads my license plate. Pulling in is a breeze. There is someone to guide you onto the conveyer belt. They sprits your car with a stronger solution before you enter the first spay down followed by brushes. However, the brushes do not seem to get up close to the area where your mirrors are. Each side gets 2 passes with these particular brushes and... well, this location is yet another that just misses the mark. Then these dryers are almost pointless. When I pulled away from the dryers, the entire car still had drops dripping down the sides, down the back. Across the windshield and hood of the car. This location makes more work for me!! At this point, if your pulling into the stalls with the vacuums, YOUR IN LUCK because there are damp towels so you can get out and dry your car off yourself! I do appreciate that they have vacuums and air houses... but it would've been even better if they worked! The stall I was in didn't have a working air hose or vacuum on the right side. I just said to heck with the passenger side of my car and didn't vacuum it. My driver side is looking pretty fly though This is a decent Quick Quack if you just need to run through real quick and be on your way. I'm not sure about the other stalls and how the rest of the vacuums & air hoses worked, but I am stuck with one dirty side... "Don't drive Dirty" ... is Quick quacks slogan... well, then fix your stalls or at least put up a sign letting the community know that house isn't working. I hate 'driving dirty!' read more

Used to love this but my car was damaged. The wash ripped my trim off. I filed the claim and they decided I had "pre existing" damage. I actually cannot believe they do this! Shame on you Quick Quack. Really a bummer that you guys don't keep up on your promise of making things right. read more

Incompetent people working here a and a stupid policy first your worker looks at my truck then gives me the go ahead then suddenly the wash worker stop the machine a quarter of the way through to tell me my 75 pound ladder in the bed of my truck needs to come out to I've been to almost ever location in a 50 mile radius and never told to remove my ladder then proceed to tell me he could take it out for me I decline then tells me to dry through the wash while it is turned off I then tell him to call his manager as this is ridiculous after I get out and park my truck I ask him to call his manger again at which point he acts like I did not ask him before and tells me his manager would not answer if he called Won't be back to this location maybe hire some competent people read more

Well deserved review. I have had nothing short of exceptional service at this particular QQ, one of my more memorable experiences was with a person named Bob, old school type straight shooter and a long time Dodgers Fan. Bob will greet you with a big welcoming smile and will share some sports facts if the line isn't too long lol. Then you have the a younger person named Ryan, also a great person with an upbeat attitude who will also go above and beyond and finally meeting another Ryan which was the GM. Recently had some personal woes that affected my visit and he was kind and very graceful and understanding. This team is very solid. I have traveled from here to SoCal using QQ and its consistency is unmatched. Thank you Team Rocklin and very well deserved 5 Stars! read more

Service is extremely friendly and wash functions as I'd expect! I've recently had issues with soap being left on my vehicle at another location, so hopefully that'll be fixed soon -- so in the meantime I've been using this location to wash and it's been great!! Employees here are amazing and friendly, car comes out clean, and it's conveniently located with its own property! (It is across the street from a Church but it is still easily accessible because it's strategically placed so well; even with high traffic) Thanks QQ of Sierra College/Rocklin! Alright, I'm not only reviewing this place because it is pretty awesome. But, if you have a car and can afford $38 a month, then go get the best car wash membership. My car stays clean now and I don't need to wash it in my driveway anymore! They offer vacuums and clean microfiber towels after your wash. The service is always great also! The people are friendly, however the car wash broke my drivers side mirror off and caused paint damage to the surrounding area. The employee took pics and said the manager would call me. 16 days later and several e mails from me, I get a obviously canned response detailing why they will not take responsibility for the damage caused by the car wash equipment, I have canceled my membership due to poor management, and offer a WARNING TO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO QUICK QUACK CAR WASH. Use this facility at your own risk- At the end of February 2024, I went through this quick quack location and after the attendant directed me where to drive my car, I started to hear a hard clicking sound as something was hitting the back of my expedition. As I exited the wash, another patron flagged me down where the vacuums were to inform me my rear taillight was dangling and completed detached from my car. I was absolutely shocked as I have never had this experience before at any automatic car wash location especially quick quack. I went up to the office and the store leader Ryan came out with one of his employees and filed a claim/incident report. He said he was going to check the video and come back to me while I inspected my vehicle and determined the three clips securing my light has snapped or broke while my car was getting washed. I recorded the conversation as I was concerned he would at that point say it wasn't quick quacks fault. At first he tried to say "the blowers did it" to which I said maybe it blew it off at the end but it was getting hit the entire time. After apologizing, he said they would do everything to get this taken care of. I explained my husband due to his line do work fixes our cars and regularly works with fords service department. Ryan stated it was faster if we ordered the part so we didn't have to wait for a "claim" to be completed. I agreed (on my recording) and said sure but only if he could confirm it would be ordered/came through Ford. We could do it and be reimbursed or they could order it. He said he wanted to order it and to send him the info, so my husband emailed him the direct part number. A few days later, Ryan called me to notify me the part had been ordered and I could pick it up at the car wash his team knew about the situation. As soon as I went to grab it, the attendant working was completely clueless and had to call Ryan since he had no idea what I was talking about. Once receiving it, it was clear that the part is a knock off from a third party and not an OEM. I contacted Ryan via email and also through his phone number explaining I need to return this since the light color doesn't match my original cars taillight. They removed the packing label and receipt so I took it ford and confirmed this wasn't a part made by their manufacturers. My favorite was a barcode and "made in china" sticker still left on the outside of the box. Due to him not responding, I contacted their corporate phone number to which they then created a report and said "Nate" Ryan's boss should be reaching out to me by a certain date. That date has passed and I have not been contacted back by either Ryan or Nate. While someone reading this might be thinking be grateful, they gave you the replacement part, I want to be however the shadiness of Ryan not wanting to "file a claim because he couldn't tell me how long it would take," Ryan not responding back to me via email nor a text as he has read receipts on, nor Nate contacting me is so bizarre. When calling quick quack corporate back today, they said all they can do is "internally email" the location to ask them to reach back out but their hands are tied beyond that refusing to provide a phone number/email to Nate or to escalate beyond them. For a business that charges over $20 per wash, they sure make it seem like a $550 part is going to break them by their complete lack of common courtesy. I can't wait for the caddy response back from the "business owner" turning this around on me or being told "they did their job in giving me a part." Be aware of this location and enter at your own risk. As you can see this is not the only review where someone has had damage done to their vehicle. read more

I love this location! I live in Roseville and travel here as it's much better than the one off blue oaks. Period! I always get the ceramic clean and it does a great job. If my car is extra dirty and there is residue left over they don't hesitate to put me back through. The vacuums work perfectly and they always have clean towels for drying and detail touch up. The carwash experience was fun - they have a great price Drove off excited for a clean car after being in the snow. Get home and am in shock thinking I have scratches all over the car - no it was actually some kind of substance (either wax or the shampoo) that had not been washed off my car properly and had created a number of streaks on the hood on the car that had to be scrubbed off and had to wash the car again. I am sure this was an unique situation that probably does not happen often based on the many good reviews, however will not be coming back here again read more

Filed a claim with the worker, they said I would be contacted within 5 days. 14 days I got an email stating they do not cover non-factory installed parts on the vehicle. How is a mirror not factory installed? Spoke to customer service 5 times they stated a store leader would be in contact with me. Went in to the store 3 times and they took my name and phone number down and told me I would be contacted the next day. It has been almost 3 months now and have yet to hear from anyone. My car was damaged here on May 20, 2024. It is impossible to reach Corporate offices on Lead Hill Blvd., Roseville by phone. The negligence of the employee on duty caused a Subaru to rear end my car as it neared the rinse cycle. The employee was too lazy to hand out wipes that day in the Membership lane, $38.99 a month, and then tried to blame the accident on me. What motivated him to cover his actions? Stopped by this afternoon to use my wash membership now. I'm concerned for personal safety. Upon entering the checkin area, I asked for one of their courtesy towels and was told NO that they would be restocked in "a while." Went through the wash pulled into detail/vacuum stations to find no towels in bins. I went into the office and asked for one, saw a large basket of unfolded towel and reactor one. That's when I met Ashton. He aggressively admonished me in front of another coworker and demanded that he would hand me one, and I was disrespecting the workers by grabbing one I really was taken aback and left the confrontation. While wiping down my vehicle, he came out to confront me verbally again. I told him he shouldn't treat customers this way, and my monthly dues were helping to pay his salary. I disengaged and continued to vacuum out my car. When I looked up again, he was now taking photos of my vehicle, including a closeup of my license plate. Yikers I was so upset I immediately left and went to adjacent parking lot to call and report this incident to Quick Quack's corporate office. The customer service manager said she would refer this to his manager. If u was a single female or elderly person I would be truly fearful of what Ashton may do with so much information easily available on the internet. I've been going to many different Quick Quack Carwashes for years now, and this is my favorite one. Especially after today- when i had the unfortunate event of someone egging my car (which, cmon people... so inconsiderate. It can ruin the paint!!) Luckily, the ladies that were there today (ELLEN and KATY) were so sweet. They helped make sure all the egg came off of the side of my car and joked around with me about why anyone would throw an egg at someone's car- especially with egg prices these days!! Lol. Anyways they made my day much better. And gave my kiddos stickers and drew fishies on the windows to get them smiling. They were kind and professional!
