This little store is conveniently located right next to the 5 fwy on-ramp and Meadowview. In the mornings, they always have several fresh pots of coffee ready for a quick drive by fill up, which is what I do at least 2 times a week. Additionally you'll find a great selection of fresh fruit and quick grab and go breakfast burritos as well. The store clerk always greets me with a "good morning, welcome in" and a smile when I enter this store. And as an added bonus I've always managed to pop in and out of loop in about 7 minutes as there's never more than 1-2 people in line. read more

Went here last night. There was a sign on the door that said they were on break and would be back. I waited outside for ten minutes watching the worker stock the shelves while ignoring everyone outside. He finally turned around and pointed to the side door. When I walked around to the side door he opened it and said they don't have a key to the front door. Okay sooo you are just going to ignore everyone outside? No response. I asked why the sign says he's at break and he said that's an old sign so I asked is he going to take it down.To which he replied "im almost off I don't care about it" I've been coming here for YEARS and that was uncalled for. Loop car wash on 7401 Sheldon rd Elk Grove was the worst experience. I went to get a car wash with Loop & part of my hoof came off from a brand new car. I made a claim 10/10/24 & after numerous calls & emails I finally heard back a month later to be told I had correct email and to be patient. I heard back another week later to be told that loop car wash had washed 20 cars that day and couldn't have damaged my car. The customer service with Loop corporate was horrible and will be taking legal action. read more

Rude cashier, takes brakes when customer comes, only lets regulars / friends into building but locks others out. Says 24/7 but is constantly closed by 10. I'm here at 10:49 and door is locked and lady is yelling through window closed but other days I come is open till 1 am. Also only gas station on the way home from work I come here 5 times a week to get gas/ energy drinks and half of the time they are closed when they say 24/7 read more

I don't have much to say about this place? It's a gas station and a mini convenience store. This place is quite bigger and cleaner than most gas stations. Great place to get gas, there's a car wash, and a big selection of snacks/food/drinks :) Definitely less sketch than other gas stations too. read more

More then 70% of the pumps here NEVER work. There's always a out of service bag over the nozzles. This is well before COVID too. Absolutely no excuse for a gas station off the freeway to never work. Why even build a new gas station if nothing ever works?? The white guys who run it are always trying to clean your windows even after I tell them NO. No one is wearing masks either. read more

I always go to this gas station it's literally the only one in Geeenhaven area , I always have a good experience as well ..., lately they just have been hiring whoever whatever at this store , no customer service. Today by far was one of the worse days visiting this store . I first walk in mind you nobody in the store 8am I go straight to the register and I notice one worker on the floor and then there is another behind the counter that just pretty much ignored me and my presence at the counter. I'm standing there patiently waiting for her to acknowledge me although she looked up right at me and kept doing what she was doing . Some other lady then comes in that was Caucasian descent and she just DROPPED literally everything she was doing and started helping the other customer I walk up to the counter and say excuse me but you just say there and saw me and didn't even attempt to assist me but this Caucasian woman walks in and you made her feel entitled to just skip the line . LUPITA then said I am not gonna argue with a customer I said no but as an employee you saw me standing in line the right thing to do was to tell the other lady there's a line instead of assisting her before me and the other person in line . He agreed as well furious that she just let her walk in front and just start ringing her up. The times we are in this is very sensitive matter because how dare you make someone feel more entitled to the next where they don't have to stand in line and then you just say f the rest of the customers! Definately was not a pleasant experience and I do think she needs training lessons lupita did not handle that situation well. I get this is just a gas station but at the same time everyone just wants to be treated with the same respect and dignity. read more

Worst gas station. Husband got his car washed here and it took a lot of paint off his car. I notified corporate and they spoke with the Manager who informed them that we washed our car at our own risk. Pretty much the manager Jessica doesn't care about their customers. So if you like your paint job on your car, don't get your car washed here. read more

It is AWESOME to have a new gas station in this area! I have grown up in this area and remember going to this original Shell over twenty years ago! I turned on this street a few months back and to my shocking surprise the land was flat with rubble and construction equipment. A few short months have passed and now we have a NEW gas station!!!!! The islands are easier with the new layout and they made sure to build another carwash which is nice. The convenience store is your typical store. read more

It's the old shell gas station region right off the freeway on Meadowview and I5! Pretty cool, nice and spacious, but prices are a little high in the store! They have all the snacks you want and need so that's good- one stop shop! Gas, food n drinks, car wash and her out! Easy access so maybe your paying for that too! The one thing I DONT like is they don't give cash back so and u have to use the ATM which will cost you another $3.00! Not cool! So this Market is really well stocked it has a great selection of drinks and snack food and stuff of that such. The only issue I had bought a charge cable for my phone that didn't work and when I went in to return it I was told okay we need to put this back on your card well when I paid I had paid by debit and I ask for cash and she's like no we can't give you back cash which I know that's not correct if you use a debit card they can give you cash and she told me was the only one who can approve that so I understand the employees have rules they have to follow but then when I give her my card to put it back on my card she doesn't put it back as a debit she tells me I have to put it back as credit well I didn't pay by credit card so now it's going to take me 4 days or longer to get my money back when in reality she could have just given me cash because of stupid policies like this I don't think I'll be back. read more

This gas station/convenient store has gone down hill since they hired the young kids. I was just in yesterday being helped by a young Hispanic kid with long hair and half shaven hair pulled in a ponytail (he had no name tag) and while he was helping me he was turned talking to another employee using vulgar curse words while I'm doing my transaction. I wanted to use my points and asked which button I push being that it was recently renamed in the system and he said I don't know just push whatever! I looked at him for him to realize it was beyond rude and very unprofessional to be talking like that and not caring about his job enough to be able to tell me which button to use my rewards but he didn't care nor was he caring about the other customers in line, he seemed to show up for work & getting paid to act rude as if customers and his job don't matter and it was all about him and his conversation & fun on the companies time. I hope that management sees this and does something about it. That's no way for an employee to represent a company. read more

Came here, paid for gas and needed to put air in my tires. Spoke with the attendant and MANAGER, Jess, and they said that I needed to pay for the air in my tires because their button is broken?! I politely informed them that as a paying customer, CA law mandates that all gas stations must provide free air and water to paying customers. The manager then tells me that if want free air to go to another gas station. Really!? read more
