We visit this Quick Quack most of the time, it's easy to quickly stop by on our way through the city. Sometimes it can be pretty busy, and you can usually peek at the line before committing to turning off into the car wash parking lot. We have a membership, so pulling up and driving into the car wash is easy. I took one star off because at least half the time we I've visited the power all turns off while we're going through, it's usually not for long and I don't know what triggers it (a customer pulling in/out wrong? a power surge?) but it freaks me out each time it happens. The car wash does a pretty good job, but sometimes there's some stubborn dirt that needs an extra scrub. Be careful of other cars and pedestrians, this is a busy part of the city. read more

Vacuums are sometimes more sucky than others, no pun intended. Also after it rains, there's these huge divots in the concrete by the vacuums that make the water puddle right outside of your car door. Honestly can't tell a difference between the 3 different car wash choices, in terms of results but I get the top one that's the best because I like the colors lol. Staff is usually pretty nice. But I will say that quick quack consistently raise the prices. But the membership is worth it if you come 4x a month or more. Otherwise maybe don't do it. Also half of the vacuums are extremely difficult to get to. Definitely not the nicest quick quack but it's right in midtown so it's convenient for locals. Gets stupid busy on weekends. They also have breakdowns often. Get the job done though. I like the free wipes, you have to ask for them now though, they used to just hand them out. read more

Super convenient and quick wash for the price. It gets the job done and the staff is usually friendly. My one gripe is the vacuums...they're consistently underpowered or out of order, which is frustrating. If they fixed that, I'd bump this up to 4 stars. A great thing about being a member of Quick Quack for me was pricing. And if you had more cars joined into your membership...a heftier discount awaits! Couple that with a lot of locations around the county and it does live to it's motto: Don't Drive Dirty! There are just so many locations that you'll really have no excuse for driving around dirty! Don't waste your money especially if your car and tires are really dirty. You need two car washes to get everything cleaned. Rewash policy varies from location to location. Some it's 24 hours, some 24 minutes, midtown won't even rewash if it rains. Total scam. They just want to pressure you into the unlimited membership. Allowed me to go through a second time due to the car hood was still dirty with bird poop. I've been coming here for years and today was the last straw. I will never come here again. They make it impossible to go get your car vacuumed after the wash because of the design. You have to go all of the way onto the one way streets and back, making a large loop. And if you try to vacuum your car before your wash to avoid this, they ask you to move. Every time I come here I'm relentlessly badgered about getting the membership despite saying multiple times in the same conversation that I don't want it. It's disrespectful. I live 500 feet away from Quick Quack, and it could easily be my go-to car wash. But today was like the other times I've tried to use them; you get in line and the attendants have to give a presentation. I waited behind another car today and it was like the driver and car wash attendant were discussing a liver transplant. Meanwhile, the people who buy unlimited washes continue to pass in the other lane so that there are 5 cars in front of you by the time the attendants get done forming a close, personal friendship with you. "Hi SIR! I'm JASON!" I hear, as I hold my credit card out the window to give the message I just wanted the wash. "Yes SIR, I was just trying to introduce myself!" he said in a jazzy, upbeat tone. "I'd like the Lucky Duck wash, Jason." Jason continued his speech. "Jason, please, no more, just the car wash." Jason continued his spiel as cars continued to go ahead of me through the other lane. "How's your day going, we're hoping we can make it a great one for you!" Jason continued. Now I am compassionate toward young peoples' struggles in the economy today, their sensitivity after being isolated during COVID. But Jason wouldn't give up. The back and forth went on and on, I tried to push my card out to just get it over with and he wouldn't give up. Finally, I just asked him to lift the barrier so I could get the fuck out of that nightmare. I love Quick Quack! They make getting clean fun! I normally frequent other locations, and since I was downtown, it was easy to pull in to get all cleaned up. Located where the old Harv's carwash used to be, the Quick Quack chain has nicely filled the old shoes. Having tried numerous locations, I will say that this one is easy to enter from L street, but the entrance into the actual wash is rather tight. The wash process itself at this location seems shorter than it is at other locations, and when you're all clean, the dry time seems fairly fast as well. When you pop out of the wash, there aren't many spaces to pull over, and give your ride a final wipe down. The vacuuming area is difficult to access as well. I would say vacuum first, then hit up the wash. It won't feel disjointed that way. Happy cleaning! read more

Why o why do I fall for this stuff. Went in to get a wash n guy convinced me to sign up for monthly for same price as one wash. I generally have to go thru twice to get car reasonably clean then when I got the email with signup found out " Your monthly fee will be charged to the card we have on file. Should you cancel your membership within 45 days of initial purchase, a $5 cancellation fee will be applied. Refunds or credits are not available for partial months?" The customer service was great. They also provide free vacume use and towels for drying your own car. Imagine my surprise when driving home one day, happening upon what used to be Harv's at L & 19th offering free car washes! I could not resist this and had to pull in to join the line of cars. Turns out they're offering this all the way through the 4th of July, and they're also offering discounted monthly memberships during this time as well. Typically if I need a quick wash and don't have time to do it myself I hit up the QQ in West Sac, but it's really nice to have one so much closer now! On average I find myself pleased with their washes and vaccuums. This location did not disappoint. EEs were friendly and not overly pushy with the memberships. The line went quickly, and once inside the wash I was treated to even more rainbow lights and brightly colored soaps than I'm used to seeing at one of these. The free wash is the middle one, Great Wash I think? There's also a basic and a bigger better wash. I would suggest entering on 19th street as that was where I was motioned to enter, but don't quote me on it. It looks like the lines could work either way. This lot is not very large so bottlenecks will become a reality, and there's also not a lot of room to turn and reposition your car into the wash itself. If your car has a wide turn radius beware. Folks will be there to help direct you in such an event, and as always don't ever drive into one of these auto washes yourself. My dumb butt did that once and paid for it. :-P read more

I got my car washed here it was super fast I even told my husband it was so fast I don't know how it could have cleaned. When I got home I noticed the car was completely dirty. Especially on the roof the water didn't even touch it. The sides and back were also untouched with dirt. Unfortunately I didn't check the car while I was there. I can't believe people go here? So the update is; I was pushed into a car in front of me, repeatedly! I was never contacted by the store manager after the fact, I was never contacted by Quick Quak, and I never compensated for living "final destination" in real life. Oh and by the way, Quick Quack is still charging my account each month. I never recieved even one phone call. I left my account open because I didn't know what to do. It is canceled now. Never, ever give these people money. They will push your car into the car in front of you, then tell you it was a traffic incident. Worst company in history. They physically put you in peril, then make you responsible for financial responsibility after you survive. I still to this day have not received a call from them after they pushed me into the car in front of me multiple times. read more

Response to Owners's reply: I have received no such response. Obviously if I did i would not need to Yelp here. You can send me a direct message to verify what address you are referring to. I disagree with your assessment that i was driving in fast, that is impossible with a tight turn. If you have footage showing no damage to my rim please email it to me. Your company already has my contact info from the claim submission and multiple emails I sent. I have a subscription to Quick Quack so i frequent multiple locations throughout the county. This is the WORST LOCATION to bring your car to! Since this place was converted to Quick Quack from the prior car wash business the layout does not work for ANY car to turn into the tunnel. There is a partial cement block that separates their business with the property next door. This forces every driver to carefully navigate their car into the tunnel with a tight turn because you obviously have to pull into the tunnel as straight as possible. On 9/27/22 (not my first visit, but will be my last) I was directed by one of their employees, Eli, into the tunnel. He was looking at my drivers front tire to ensure alignment into the rail as they all typically do, BUT, because of this locations tight turn he didn't pay attention to my drivers side rear tire and it did not enter the guide rail straight. i heard a loud scrape and gave him a look like "Did you hear that? Should I still proceed?" He saw me but he continued to gesture his hand for me to continue forward. When i exited the tunnel i parked at their vacuum area and looked at my drivers side rims. It clearly got a deep scrape. I immediately got the attention of Francisco who was working to check people in and he took pictures and submitted a damage claim via his tablet and told me someone. will contact me. NO ONE CONTACTED ME! I called the business the next day, I completed an online inquiry at Quick Quack main website. Finally someone named named Mike called me once, left a message while i called him back 4x m, leaving messages, yet no reply. I got an email from Michael Valine, "Incident Specialist", two weeks later asking for photos. I immediately submitted and followed up with more emails and phone calls. It's now been two months and I'm stuck with $200 in damages on my once immaculate new car! POOR customer service. I have now taken this matter up for assistance for legal advice.
