I went there today to get a wash but they said my membership was canceled and i had to pay again when i already paid for this month($32). I canceled my membership since it was a bit expensive and i wasnt getting a car wash that often. I reversed out and washed my car at home. About the wash when I was a member. It cleaned most of my car but there would be spots it couldnt clean and i recommend bringing a cloth to wipe those off in the parking lot with vacuums. read more

Told the manager on duty and was told that since the car is more than 5 years old that there is nothing they will do to help fix it. I've been a quick quack member on and off for the past few years, I love the concept of the membership and how you get unlimited car washes. There are quite a few locations spread out in the Sacramento area, so far I've been too the Elk Grove, Sacramento, Folsom, and Citrus Heights location. This location specifically I've had good experiences, for the most part the employees are friendly and isn't too busy during commute hour (4pmish). I like how this car wash is long and washes my car thoroughly. The only reason why knock off the star is because my rear mirrors weren't dry, and I notice this at all quick quack locations. Besides that I strongly recommend getting a membership and washing your car here! read more

Customer service is great of course. Value: definitely not worth it. I think $20+ for a single wash at the highest value and they have this monthly subscription for like $38 (wash as much as you want). My car came out looking worse than when it went in. It was less than a minute and I had water spots all over my vehicle, bird droppings still on my mirrors, the rear window of my SUV was not even clean with dirt still showing, tires were still dirty, and worse, scratches and swirls on my vehicle. This ruined my morning and I was so missed I just took my vehicle to a shells touchless car wash. Trust, you will get more at a shells gas station than this place that offers unlimited washes. So before you go, think about it, do you really think that your car will get a proper wash in a minute? Avoid this place at all cost. First and last. read more

I love this car wash. It's close to the house and the workers provide good customer service. I like the fact that they spray the car down first to get some of the gunk off. For some reason, I love the smell of the colorful bubbles. It's like going through a candy factory. It does a good job of drying the car afterwards. The bonus is the personal touch of the people actually frying the vehicle afterwards so you don't have to drive away wet and get spots. I always make sure to tip them! They also provide vacuums for free after you pay to get a wash. When it's a nice sunny day, you can expect to wait in a long line. When the city of Sac only lets you wash your car one day a week on a certain day, this car wash is a great alternative. read more

Note to self: don't do business on Stockton Blvd. I was running an errand and decided to get my Benz washed. Checked online, it says open at 7am. Pull up, the neon sign says "open." It's 7:30am. I pull in and the non-member lane is blocked with a red cone. The other lane looked open. I pull up to check in. A worker approaches me with a rude and negative attitude and starts complaining to me that it's actually closed and that he put signs up (the welcome to quick quack sign and a red cone) to block people from coming in. Clearly, he did not do a good job blocking the entrance if a.) the website says they're open, b.) the open sign is lit up, and c.) the only lane that appears to be blocked is the non-member lane. Anyway, the dude got real rude real fast telling me, "I don't know how clear I have to make it to people that we are not open. I put up signs and cones to block the entrance." I was very confused because the driveway next to the dumpster was wide open, I pulled up, and as I've already said above, the check in lane looked open to me. His tone and demeanor was very condescending and very much in line with what you'd expect if you're doing business on Stockton Blvd. I said, "I didn't see that there was anything blocking the entrance," and he says, "oh really? I can show you." Oooh so now he's challenging my judgment and calling me stupid....sure, show me, I said. So I back out and that's when I see the signs he are referring to which still were not clear that the wash was closed - when the time was 7:30 and the "open" sign was turned on, and the member lane was clearly "open" enough for me to drive my car unobstructed to the gate. I decided to leave and go to another location where I know I won't be treated like Stockton Blvd trash. His entire demeanor was rude from the first second and it wasn't until I was backed all the way out and perhaps my face showed that I was pissed the f *** off, that as I'm driving away he tries to say to me, "if you come back in 10 minutes, the chain will be fixed and we will be open." No thanks. I guess I am just spoiled because when I visit any Elk Grove location, or the one in Pocket/Meadowview, the staff at all of the locations are super friendly and go out of their way to make your day pleasant. In fact, I was at one of their locations in West Sac just a few weeks ago pulling up at 8:50pm, wondering if maybe the employees were closing early, and when I asked if I could still come through, the employee there used actual customer service skills to welcome me and reassure me that they're still open for me! Quick Quack is not a necessity, it is a nice to have mini luxury, and usually their service reflects the demographic they serve, but this location and the dude working it is reflective of the area....i won't be back at this location. read more

Worst quick quack around exactly what you'd expect on Stockton Boulevard. Terrible customer service.

The staff here are really friendly and if you have a membership you can go through the car wash as many times as you want or need. Because no humans are washing your car, there will most likely be spots that the mechanical wash didn't get that need attention (far corners of your windshield) to really look fresh & polished, bring a few rags with you to handle that. Then enjoy using the trash cans & the free vacuums to get the inside looking right! read more

Very poor customer service and very poor service from guiding me in and till the end of the hole accident. I'm a member as well On October 27th at 1:20 pm, i enter the car wash. the car wash attendant was directing people very close to one another on to the conveyor belt less than 3 feet apart from each other. Which should never be this close bumper to bumper. Midway thru the wash, I was hit from behind by a silver Ford or Chevy pickup truck, causing my car to hit a White Nissan Sentra in front of me. As we all pulled out of the wash, I checked the car that was in front of me to make sure she was okay. Then i checked my car as well , and now my rear bumper is cracked and damaged. I continue to look for the manager Jose to get an incident report . As soon as i get to him, he lets the pick-up truck driver who hit me go and drive away. I asked the manager Jose for an incident report, and he proceeded to tell me to come back at a different day and time without helping me insisting that the guy who hit me wasn't at fault. but still wouldn't take the time to look at the footage of the accident still insisting he's not going to give me a report of the car who hit me. Eventually, of me telling him I'm not leaving and calling 911 he finally gave me a incident report. I dont know why he was being so difficult with me for no reason when I'm the one who got hit from the back because of there employee who was guiding people in did a horrible job! I'm 9 months pregnant, and I just needed an incident report, and he wasn't trying to give me a report slip. When I asked him respectfully for one, he continued to make excuses. You guys need to train your employees better. And the manager jose definitely needs to work on his people skills because that wasn't right. I will be calling my insurance and getting this resolved. Jose, the manager, after CHP coming he finally checked the video cameras and did say oh look your bumper is damage quick Quack is responsible for this. Like tell me something I didn't know. All I wanted from him was to do his job and get me the license plate number of that truck so I could do my part and report it to my insurance. I've been coming here for a very long time, and this was ultimately bs! Guiding cars in is were it starts and is the biggest issue to the manager. I visit here once in a while if I'm too lazy to wash my own car. It's a straight forward express car wash. Easy access right off of Stockton Blvd. There is two 'entrances' to the car wash itself. They accept cash or credit cards and you can choose different options on how you want your car washed. Like from a simple wash to the 'works'. Prior to you entry, someone guides you align your wheel so the guide can drag your vehicle through the wash. Make sure you put your drive on neutral so the machine can do its job. That person then shoots a high power jet water to removed what he can from your car. It's a quick spray as you start your journey into the wash cycles. There are usually two people as you exit the wash to wipe down any excess water that is on your car. You then have the option to drive to the outside vacuum place where there are high powered vacuums that are alway on. Not a 5 star because even though I get the 'works' (most expensive option), my rims still comes out with excess dirt. read more
