if I could give a -0 review, I would. The sign says 24/7 and the attendant inside locked all the doors and wouldn't let anybody inside. This has been two weeks back to back. Don't have a sign saying that you're gonna be 24/7 and not be that. Or, don't hire people who cannot do their jobs. I am sorry to have to leave this review. read more

It has a 24HR sign and the employee ignore you I came at 10pm. Another day I came at 9pm and the employee was stocking self. He did noticed me but continued to ignore me and stock even after I noted the 24HR sign outside the door. Do not come to this store pass 9pm will be ignored and not helped read more

I stopped here to take a break during a bike ride on the Coyote Creek Trail. Out of most convenience stores I've been to, this one has one of the best selections of fresh/hot foods I've seen. They had shumais that were good. They have a large variety of normal wrapped snacks as well. They seemed to specialize more in the food side of gas station stores so you might have trouble finding other products here. The store isn't too big to fit a lot. The employees were nice and this stop was a great pick-me-up and highlight of my bike ride. read more

I was pretty impressed with the variety of items that they had on sale at this Loop. There is a hot food section here with things like sausages, taquitos, and burritos although I didn't have any takers in my group. They have a ton of snacks and candy as well. The back wall had a plethora of drinks to choose from. There were also a few bins around the store that were discount items so keep an eye out for those. Some of the more interesting items they had was a stand of hats which is pretty convenient since the Coyote Creek Trail starts across the street. They also had some bouquets of carnations and roses that looked pretty fresh considering they are gas station flowers. read more

Really bad service, never use the dog wash. they over charged my credit card. the machine charged me $44 when it was only $20. The employees said the dog wash was another business and they did not have the phone number. Tried to look it up but theres no trace of the dog wash business. read more

Stopped here for a quick bathroom break and was impressed with the friendliness of the employees and cleanliness of the bathroom. It is a nice, modern building in a convenient location right off the freeway. I don't typically review gas stations but was nervous to stop here with the poor reviews and was needless to say pleasantly surprised. read more

Walked 3 miles here after being stuck on the freeway with no gas to purchase a gas canister. The Vietnamese woman sees me knocking on the door and just completely ignores me, I knock and wait for about an entire 10 mins she just keeps looking at me and ignores me. Where is the humanity. SUPER FRUSTRATING. I work a graveyard shift as a field inspector. I drive from property to property performing my monthly audits. Early Monday (7/20/2020) morning around 4:25 am I pulled into this loop gas station one I frequent on my particular route. I had been looking for a place to get coffee in between my stops pretty much since my shift started. I had no luck. I knew once I got to this loop I would finally get the coffee I had been trying to get all evening. Loop is supposed to be 24/7. I walk up to the door to find it locked. There was an employee inside doing something. The worker kept looking up at me. I asked if the store was closed, he said no and continued doing whatever it was he was doing. Due to him telling me the store was not closed i just stood there waiting for him to finish and come unlock the door. After about 5 mins of me standing there the worker came to the door and pointing for me to go to the side of the door. Which I did. Once at the side of the store I again asked him if the store was open. He literally yelled at me saying yes were home im preparing, give me 5 min and then he walked away. #1 you don't need to yell at me #2 you shouldn't locked customers out from a 24/7 store because you waited until the last min to prepare. 15 min waiting still the worker won't unlock the door. Several other customers came tried the door and then left once they found that is was locked. Completely rude worker and very disappointing. The one place I knew I could rely on for coffee to only be confronted with this rude employee and locked doors. Loop is not everything it proclaims to be. I watched 8 other customers be turned away and 2 of them were told just give me 5 min, 20 min after I was told the same thing. Total BS. I do not recommend you waste your time coming here. Find a more reliable place with decent workers. read more
