Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. We live in Seattle and finding a good sourdough is our thing. We have tried Macrina, Grand Central and our local bakery Wild Wheat but they don't compare to the taste and texture of Mountainside. There are many bakeries in the Seattle area and we plan to keep trying to find a bread that is comparable because we can't be driving to Wenatchee every week - LOL. Their bread comes in a round or Pullman loaf. Next time we plan to bring both home with us along with a couple of pastries.
