Hannah was our server. After being seated, she took our drink orders, including a root beer for one member of our group, and I ordered the JoJo's appetizer along with my meal. I expected the appetizer to arrive before the entrée. After approximately 30-40 minutes, the root beer and the appetizer still had not been served, even though my pizza had already arrived. When Hannah returned to the table, I politely asked about the missing items. Her response was dismissive, stating that she had not forgotten them and that appetizers are typically brought out with the meal. When I told her I no longer needed the JoJo's, she appeared frustrated and left the table. She later returned, explaining that the restaurant was busy and that appetizers are served with entrées during such times. She brought the JoJo's and said she would not charge for them, which I appreciated, though I did not eat them. I believe Hannah may simply benefit from additional customer service guidance from McGlinn's management.

There a very friendly and helpful server took my drink order and gave me a menu. I decided on the pepperoni pizza and was happy with what I got. It was a very thin crust, luckily I prefer thin crust. My experience with pepperoni pizza led me to believe it would be soaked in pizza grease. I was surprised when there was very little grease left on the tray.

Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. Located on the main street of Wenatchee, Wenatchee Natural Foods offers organic, sustainable items, with lots of locally made products. It's not the largest grocer, but the selection was fantastic. We were able to get some grocery items here during our weekend trip and also tried the items that they prepare at the cafe area towards the back of the store. At the cafe area, they have a large menu of different drinks, with smoothies that are worth checking out. I loved the chocolate smoothie, which they make with almond butter and vanilla whey, so it's naturally sweetened. I also ordered a bowl, which you can make based on the different ingredients they offer, like a base of rice or beans, with different proteins and veggies. I customized my bowl with rice, curry chickpeas, avocado and steak and seasonal veggies and it served as two meals, which was delicious. For those wanting to dine in, they have a seating area on the side of the store, with outdoor seating where it's dog-friendly.
