The clock was dropped off in working condition, yet it was not returned to us in the same condition. What should have been a simple repair turned into an extremely frustrating experience because of the way the situation was handled. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a reasonable resolution, we were met with dismissiveness and a claim that completely contradicted the condition of the clock when it was brought in. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in the loss of a long-term customer. Good customer service and integrity matter, especially when dealing with customers who have supported a business for years.
