I used that as an opportunity to visit, and I got to explore the rest of the store. They're located in that random giant industrial area that runs alongside Route 1 on the side where the train tracks are. It can definitely be easy to miss, and parking in the lot itself is quite limited. The adjacent street allows parking too, but sheesh it gets crowded. The vintage store is bigger than it may appear from the outside, and there's truly a LOT to sort through. Furniture, trinkets, pillows... you name it, they have it. There were some small tables and stools that almost found a home with me, but I was like... where am I going to put these things?! My kitchen is already being to be overloaded, and I rather not have that same energy rippling through the rest of the house. I ended up seeing this beautiful and vintage black and gold highball and shaker set that fit my bar / living room space really well, and I couldn't resist. I haven't been back in a while, but I'm sure if I returned I'd find something else neat. We'll see!

Randy Trammel is a very talented furniture and cabinet maker and his wife Jeanne- along with her wonderful mother- travel to Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio and other states to find wonderful treasures, which they sell along with contemporary furniture. They are only open on weekends, 12-5 PM. I highly recommend this store. They will make you feel like one of the family with their warmth and humor. I have bought both antiques and contemporary furniture from them over the years and I love everything that I've bought. And it seems that every time I drop in Jeanne has somehow brought in another treasure. They also sell antique American Indian baskets- when she finds them. This is a wonderful store that you will not be sorry you visited. And the prices are extremely good considering the fantastic quality that you are getting. I just bought a beautiful chest of drawers circa 1820. I love to open it and think that when it was first used, John Quincy Adams was president!

Originally built in 1906, the elegant little spot still has the rather charming bars on its windows and the enterprising owners have repurposed the delightful antique vault as the changing room. It's worth stepping inside just to get a look at the old vault door, carefully fixed open so you can see the mechanism and so that it can't close on a hapless shopper. The merchandise is a delightful mixture of true vintage and vintage style, with a matching range of prices so there's a bit of something for everyone. The second floor is the 'lavender shop' with soaps and so on, and a lot of handy but expendable gifting ideas. The third houses the art gallery, with some lovely pieces on view.
